Take a large caserole metal dish, fill with water. Then place on hob, power up hob or turn on gas. Mind your fingers if using a lighter with gas. Place Chicken in water and boil.

Boiling isn't the best idea with a whole chicken tho mate it's more trouble than it's worth. You're left with a load of skin and bone and carcas in the water you need to sift through to get the meat

Just season the chicken with some salt and pepper and bang it in the oven. Also - fill the drip tray with water. This will keep the chicken nice and moist! Don't boil it, tastes bland and you'll get sick of it.

Just roast it on a drip tray and turn it half way through to keep it from drying out (start upside down and put right side up half way) There's no need to boil it
