Did my first injection.

Used a 1 1.1/4 green for my glute.

As soon as it went in by a inch my glute spasmed just for half a second, I did aspirate but wasn’t sure how hard to pull to find out if your ok, I hten took about 1 min to inject took out the needle and then massaged the area, I had a little bit of sust left in the syringe so I ejected it into the sink and a little blood poured out the syringe, is this bad?

I woke up this morning like someone kicked my ass repeatedly last night lol, which I understand is normal. Not doing legs till tomorrow so I should be ok.

I also got a slight cold today bit of sore throat. Ill wait about 2 weeks and see how I grow.

Also how soon if your prone to gyno do you get puffy or itchy nipples?

Also did a silly thing I open up the amp with my hands and cut myself and had some sust over the cut.

slow down get everything ready
the sust on the hands is ok but just be carefull
and yeah your ass will be hurting after the first few times

your first couple do hurt, its fresh muscle i mean never had i niddle in it,

sust is a thick oily steroid which sits in the injection sit for a day or two that why you need rub the injection site.

the spasm is really anything to be concerned about, if your doing your injection imo its easier in your delts.

ok, when opening the amp flick the top bit afew times just to weaken the it ok, then the amp with the hand you use to break use a old T-Shirt so you don't cut your self or drop glass in the amp

take your time there is no rush to get the injection over with ok

Dont worry mate, i was the same. I made the mistake of having 1ml syringes to inject 4ml's of gear, 4 injections instead of 2
I never did like hitting the glutes. I always got a spasm and always hurt like fcuk.

I jab in the thighs, nice and easy to see. But each to their own.

I always wipe the injection site for about a minute before and after injecting with wipes from my NHS walk in centre.
