Exercise bike around £200? - 23 July 2008 23:22
Need some help from those with home exercise bike please?

found 4 i think might be quite good (please see hyper link from name for more details):

Reebok - B3.1 / I Bike Plus 16 levels of electronic resistance, 8kg flywheel

Marcy AE660 Telemetric Magnetic Cycle Telemetric cycle with 16 varying levels of electro magnetic resistance. 9Kg aluminium flywheel

Trim Master - B104 Upright Cycle 16 levels of resistance that can be changed instantly via the easy to use console and electromagnetic resistance system. Don't no what flywheel is?

Roger Black Gold Bike Tension control: electronic dial resistance 16 levels. Flywheel 7kg

leaning towards the Reebok or Marcy one, not sure though? Also how does the resistance compare on these to commercial gym ones or a spinner?

thanks

I've got a York 2950HP
It's magnetic resistance and I use it am and pm

Don't know it's stats but it does the job, resistance after level 5 isn't smooth TBH but you wouldn't really do steady state cardio at anything higher than 4.
I use level 3 at the moment for 35 mins... the bike tells me I do 17.5km and burn 375 cals or something.

Got it as new for £50 on ebay

A muscle that's weak in isolation will be weak in integration.
