MYP.co.uk - Recovery XS
-

Ordered 2kg of Recovery XS the other day, as a post workout formular the ingredients looked intersting. I was using my weight gainer to get the cals in but wanted some thing with a fast acting carb source this contains Waxy Maize Starch, not something ive seen in any other formulars, but i do love MYP.co.uk products the ingredients tend to be top quality and natural (currently using their Elite Weight Gainer just a few quality ingredients so you know wat your eating) so will let you all know how i get on with it. BTW. im not one that usually cares to much how somthing tastes as long as its not sickly, but gotta say this stuff is really nice (smooth choc flavour) Recovery XS Waxy Maize Starch Whey Isolate L Leucine L Glutamine Creapure Vit C Electrolyte powder. Oh and their blender bottles are awsome

Goto agree mate, great product, used it religiously the last few months but I do find it too expensive to keep up when u can buy separate ingredients and make ur own

I found the maize starch left me with a slight aftertaste unlike any other MP formula. However, all I had to do was up the BSL flavouring level and it was fine. Results were good. DOMS seemed reduced on this stuff, dont know if it was psychosomatic or not, but as it worked, not too bothered !
