Try coming off it for a week and see if that helps?

TomD... I've done 5 days so far at 3 tabs a day... not noticed anything at all but my diet hasnt been 100% and i worked away for one night and day, back to normality now and upped to 4 tabs a day so hopefully should have something to report back in the next 5 days.

Akademik, i know it is common to bloat and hold excess water on creatine, was just wondering if this applys to the face as well and not just the muscles?!
