I keep seeing posts everywhere (on here and other bbing forums) which state that "Levrone is the best there ever was", "Flex should have won Mr. O" etc.
Fair enough, they were good, but they didn't look like Ronnie. Ronnie had something special; he was absolutely phenomenal; he was huge. He thoroughly deserved his wins and will go down in history as possibly the greatest bodybuilder that has ever lived.
He is an absolute monster and IMO is the best we've had so far. Fair enough, towards the end his gut grew to epic proportions, but this thread is to celebrate the amazing achievements of Ronnie and to post up any particularly flattering pics.
He's one of the most charismatic bodybuilders of all time, he's extremely strong and he has won a hell of a lot of Mr. Olympias!
He gave us the catchphrases
"Yeeeeeeeeeaaaahh buddy!",
"Ain't nuttin' but a peanut!",
"Light weight baby!", and of course
"Everybody wanna be a bodybuilder; don't nobody wanna lift this heavy ass weight!" to name but a few.
He deadlifts and squats obscene amounts of weight at obscenely low levels of body fat.
He has now retired, but I think we can all agree that at his peak he was something special (and still is IMO).
He showed us just how far the human body could be pushed, and whether you like him or not, it is impossible for your jaw not to drop when you see his picture for the first time.
Without further ado, I give to you, the winner of 8 consecutive Mr. Olympias, the one and only,
Big Ron Coleman!!!
