There is a lot of beautiful places in this country, I agree.
As far as the whole explosive business is concerned I can't really give you an answer one way or the other because it is so complex. I don't think there is much difference in results in terms of size and strength. I've asked PikeKing about this as he specialises in Weight Training and knows more about it than I do. He says that the eccentric should be slower normally to take advantage of the 20 - 30% extra strength avaiable in the eccentric. The explosive lifting teaches you to recruit more motor units faster.
As for me noticing a difference, I am a girl dg, I'm not that strong or "big"

This may sound ignorant but I have no idea whatsoever how to include some photos on this journal. Do I need a digital camera to do it, (which I have?), do I need to do it via a scanner? (my scanner is broken at the minute). I would appreciate it if someone could answer this for me.
I thought I'd put some leg shots on here first and gradually work up. That gives me a bit of time to work more on the upper body. lol.
