Sounds good ty.

Still weight training. I have been doing Tabata training in my Spin Indoor Cycle Classes. This quite challenging.

Between December and May my weight training progress has been slow, but suddenly I have gained a lot of strength. I'm lifting slightly heavier on just about everything. I reached a "plateau" but I think I am starting to progress again, despite my heavy workload of exercise. Did a half marathon on Sunday too, which was good. I've been making a big effort to increase my weights as I don't want to be a "skinny fat cardio bunny"

I record my Weight Training progress in a 5 year diary as I love writing so won't type everything up on here. If anything, slightly interesting occurs in my training, like a PB, I will record it here.

I'm going on a Yoga Retreat for a few days, to calm my "busy" and "over active" mind, so probably won't get a chance to post again until my return.

I've been training at a friends gym and it has a squat rack, which is a real luxury, as none of the 4 gyms I work at have squat racks. I am going to enjoy it whilst it lasts, as she is moving to Exeter soon. Think I may buy a squat rack for my garage.....................

Hi to anyone who knows me and everyone who doesn't.

I haven't had internet access for a while so been absent.

I'm still weight training 3 times a week and definately getting stronger.

I've been on an RPM course this weekend and the energy of the participants was amazing. The trainer takes you to the point of exhaustion and well out of your comfort zone, but you feel great aterwards!

Thanks for all your comments.

My only news is that I can now deadlift 80kg x 6 reps. I think the last time I mentioned deadlifts I had lifted 75kgs a personal best. It's not a huge weight I know, but it is about 20kgs more than my bodyweight.
