Firstly, hope your Ma's okay. Secondly, belated b'day wishes. You had a wonderful aerobic session to celebrate by the looks of it

Hope it's all well mate. You didn't look too worried on the way out as our paths cross, so I'll take that as a good sign :).

Many thanks for the kind wishes. The old lady is very frail, and is troubled with leg ulcers which frankly will never get better. From time to time they get infected and it knocks her for six, which generally manifests itself as her falling over, ambulance comes, takes her to hospital, they cure infrction but they can't let her home until she learns to walk again. We've been here before. Without wishing to sound unkind, it's a nice little break for me, as old woman, especially disabled ones, can get a little quirky, which is putting it mildly.

Thank you, and oh yes, a memory to take to the grave.

Had a lie-in this morning. Usually up abot 5:45 but switched the alarm off last night, woke up just before eight and Lord do I ache, ribs and back, had to get up and it's just wearing off now, seems this lie-in malarky is harder than it looks. I feel about chuffin' 70 right now.

Not yet, the trouble lies in her getting her confidence back, which I suspect could take a while. I could be wrong but I reckon it could be a month or so.

Hope everything resolves itself as satisfactorily as possible with your mother Pete.

All went to plan for me today, so I am a happy camper.

Couple of things Ped.
First off tell your ma I said Hi, and leave out any intentions on my part to up my weight. Thinking about me being anything other than reasonably good looking wont cheer her up any.
Secondly, it's been a while since we've done a Chinese.
I know it's chippy Saturday next week, but a binge fest wont work against the impendingly planned powerbellie

In short, so as not to hijack your log. 130/135/140. Nine whites, and home in time for cake.

Hi Pete

Just a quick question if I could.
Is there a right and a wrong way for an over and under grip i.e. if you're right handed should your left hand be under and right hand over? Or is it simply whatever is the most comfortable?

Cheers.

Monday, 28th April, start 17:00 All weights in pounds

Squat, ould suit, no wraps, no belt, straps down

45 x 20
45 x 20
45 x 20
220 x 5
220 x 5
220 x 5
220 x 5
straps up
300 x 5
wraps on
440 x 5
470 x 5
500 x 5
530 x 5
500 x 5

A bit like hard work tonight, lots of huffing and puffing, maybe my mind wandered a little or I'm a touch under the weather, but a little harder than I thought, new suit from next week. End 18:15

A hugh thank you to Phil the Behemoth for loading for me tonight. Good lad is Phil.

Arrived home to be told by one of the neighbours that some kids had been jumping on the garage roofs, they chased them away and sawed the branches off the tree they had climbed up, but one of the fat little fcukers as damaged a couple of panels and got away with it. Little twats, I hope they die screaming, I have enough to contend with without sh1t like this. Thirty years I have had a garage there and today they start jumping on it. Bastards
