Good news is it's chippy Saturday, Bad news is the squeaker is off poorly. Nine horses have the ability to make or break this Saturday. A little after four, I will know

I'm dead good at shouting me Should be interesting watching everyone queue up for the squat rack lol. The Strongman comp was acemondo. I was there as the official therapist (roped in last minute on Friday lol). So I got to rub oil on big hairy men...nowt new there then huh? I was actually really interesting especially from a work point of view as I have never covered any sporting event before. The lads did look a tad dubious to see a 10stone lass there to sort out their sore muscles but I think they were suprised that I could hold my own. Got some good feedback and had a brill time watching the lads get down and dirty with big weights!!!! The big yorkshire farmer chap won it. Keeping my fingers crossed that I get asked to do the other shows too.

No Hands actually Tried out sumo deadlifts today. I think they suit my bambi legs better. Means I can lower the bar by dropping my butt instead of having to bend my back to get the bloody thing past my knees. Any advice on these oh wise one? BTW - TPB is a vicious thing!

Monday, 5th May, start 14:30 May day Lord this suit is tight, or my thighs have got bigger. Not feeling tip top today, guts a rumbling Squat, new suit, no belt, no wraps (All weights in pounds) 135 x 5 135 x 5 135 x 5 220 x 5 220 x 5 220 x 5 300 x 5 400 x 5 wraps on 480 x 3 520 x 3 550 x 3 580 x 3 End 15:30 Guts ache, thighs ache, glad when I was done. DrRick squatted like a good 'un, four pbs if I recall correctly. Joe salvaged a deadlift workout from the depths of despair, Big Phil benched and LittleA nearly did something that would have been impressive, It being a bank holiday we aujourned to a hostelry for a diet coke or three. Quite right too.

TPB is lovely, I won't hear a word against it. Not a fan of sumo, makes my knees ache, I wish you every success, It always looks easier, but I always found it not to be the case
