You may half one half pint of cider for every goal Cardiff score, assuming of course that they win, if they lose, you may have diet coca-cola.

One best saved for Saturday I reckon Martin, although if you laugh as much as I did it's worth the wait.

Thursday 15 th May Physio with Mr. C. Back given a good kickin' and head twisted in both directions. Such fun, and it aches like hell now, but all will be well tomorrow. Good old Mr. C. Top bloke, and the sharpest elbows in christendom Still he keeps me movin' and for that I will always be grateful

Friday, 16th may, start 15:45 All weights in pounds Mister C's violent assault last night has left the back a tad creaky tonight, Alan noticed and announced "not too heavy tonight then" Deadlift raw 132 x 5 132 x 5 132 x 5 132 x 5 220 x 5 220 x 5 220 x 5 305 x 3 395 x 3 485 x 3 525 x 3 just do three sets at that 525 x 3 but this was better than the last 525 x 3 again better than the last just do another ten each side 545 x 3 you're taking too long before your first one, your second two are better cos you're not faffing about as much 545 x 1 quicker and better do another 545 x 1 better again that'll do, do a drop down 485 x 3 tbar row 50 x 10 75 x 10 100 x 10 125 x 10 150 x 10 That'll do it. End 17:20. And offski just as Joe enters the building, my backs aching already, Louise tonight, I hope she's gentle

Popped along to the Adlington overhead lift meet, some splendid lifting for which Phil the behemoth and I loaded. As if that wasn't bad enough they kept dropping the bluddy bar on the floor, and who had to put it back in the racks, you've guessed it. Buggers, I dislike bending in all it's forms

ORIGINAL: Formerly Known as Old Git I hope there was a pie in it afterwards Pete? Sadly no, we retired to a rather upmarket hostelry who only served food from 5:30 onwards, this was around three, so shovelled in a scampi and very bizarre shaped chips at 5:31, just as a local multimillionare announced that he was going to treat us all to some nosebag, so I shovelled in another lot, would have been rude not to. Have you ever been in a pub that served Guinness in pint glasses with stems. This place does. One step too far that. Somewhere more down market with knowledge of what shape real chips should be, proper glasses and pies is needed, I reckon come sort of reccy is required

Never did get my stomach combed. LittleA was going to import a blonde especially for it. She never showed. Bottled it more than likely. Shame that, Goatboy would have made her eyes shine, he would you know, it's what he does.
