DB Bench - 36kx3 34kx1 - Felt rathetr weak today, REALLY struggle to do the last two full sets Close Grip Bench - 50k + BAR DB Bicep Curls - 18k Bicep Cable Curls - 27.5k - only one free and highest weight. Changing thsi routine as of next week, going to incorporate soem Decline Benches, and try and put in soem other stuff i've never done before.

Tricep Pushdown - 40kx2 35kx2 O/H tri ext - 10k - finding this weight too easy now Cable Row (macine) - 65k Lat Pull down - 75kx3 80kx1

Killer Abs Session on Saturday standing Gluteus - 65k Military 22k Today DB Bench - 34k - was feeling weakish again. Close G Bench - 50k plus Oly bar (the heavy one!) Bicep DB Curls - 18k Cable Bicep Curls - 32.5k

Lat Pull Down - 80k Cable Low Row - 65k Tricep Pushdown - 40k o/h tricep ext - 10k Have doen two AM Cardio sessions this week. Should really do one tomorrow AM, but i'm knackered! So will giv it a miss i think, and go on Saturday

New regime as of today. Day 1 - Bi's and Tri's Preacher Curls - 32.5k today Seated Tricep Pushdown - 90k Chin Pull Down, using W shaped bar - 75k Skull Crushers - 25k Day 2 - Chest and Back Decline DB Bench Flyes One Arm DB Pulls Pullups - using body weight to failure Day 3 - Abs and Shoulders Barbell Shrugs Lateral Raises Abs All 3 sets of 8 reps, increasing to 9 and then 10 hopefully within the 8-10 week period i've in mind. I realise i'm forgoeing legs, but these need no more work in my mind, and will re-introduce them on the next rotation. I'm doing 3 sessions of cardio per week at the moment so am working them in another way.

Decline Bench - 28k - HARD!! Flyes - 16k Pullups - Managed 1x8 2x6 One Arm DB Pulls - 32k Very good workout, left feeling nicely drained!

I've had the flu/cold/ahtever for a week or so so have ditched lifting for a week, can't be doing that when i'm ill. Back today, going lighter due to the week off. Chin Pull down - W bar - 80k Seated Tricep Psuhdown - 90k Preacher Curls - 22.5k + BAR Skull Crushers - 25k

Tuesday Seated Tricep Pushdown - 90k Skull Crushers - 25k - can't seem to do 30 on this, so will try using those mini weights to add. Also smacked myself in the head with the handle when i lost grip, ouch! Preacher Curls - 25k + BAR W Bar Chin Pulls - 80k Thursday Abs - Various Lateral Raises - 10k - lower than usual, but 12 and 14s were being used, so made sure i used strict form. Shrugs - 34k DB's

Lateral Rasies - 14k DBs Shrugs - 28k DBS - went for a rotational rep this time, see how they work. definitely 'felt' them more. Abs - Varied Am hovering around 14 stone at the moment, not feeling great about my physique. But not focused enought to put the work into sorting it out.
