Tuesday 3rd May I've now added another whey shake to my diet first thing in the morning, i'm doing it with Milk, tho it should probably be with water................... Squats - 5 @ 40k, 5 @ 50k, 5 @ 60k - now doing these on the squat rack rather than the smith machine Stiff Legged Dead's - 5,5,5 @ 50k Calf Riase - 5,5 @ 240lbs and 5 @ 260lbs Military DB Press - 5,5 @ 18k , 5 @ 16k (each Arm) Clean and Press - 5 @ 20k, 5 @ 30k, 5 @ 25k - Found these really hard today - haveing a weak shoulder day, as i didn't find i could lift as much on Military Press either. Side Laterals - 5 @ 8k (each), 5,5 @ 10k This routine is definitely working, feeling better about the whole synnergy of it so far.

Thursday's workout. DB Bench Press - 6 @ 24k (each), 6,6 @ 26k Wide Dips - 5 @ BW, 5 & 6 @ BW + 10k Flyes - 5 @ 14k, 5 & 5 @ 16k (each) Tricep Pushdown - 5 @ 75k, 5 @ 82.5, 5 @ 82.5, 25 @ 35k Skull Crushers/French press - 6 @ 45k, 5 @ 55k, 20 @ 30k I felt i could do 90k with the tricep pushdowns, but couldn't get my balance right, i weigh less than 90k so maybe thats why? All in all a good workout. My gym buddy is hard work tho - he's so negative about the gym and has a face like a slapped arse for the entire workout, really demotivatin at times, gotta sort him out! Weight still hasn't changed, though i'm gonna try to step up my eating a bit, see if that helps.............

Monday's workout. Dead's 5 @ 80k, 5 @ 90k & 5 @ 80k Pullups 5,5,5 @ BW Close grip pulley row 5 @ 82.5k, 5 @ 90k, 5 @ 90k Chinups 5,5,5 @ BW Preacher Curls 5@ 20k, 5 @ 23k, 5 @ 23k! Had a twinge in my back doing the 90k deads and it still feels a little twisted this morning. Gonna have to be careful!! This workout should have been done at the weekend, but my gym buddy didn't get time, and asked me to wait too, should have said no. Also went at 2030, which is too late for me really - i was yawning all the way round.........

Wednesday - Legs/Shoulders Squats 5,5 @ 60k & 5 @ 70k Stiff legged Deadlifts 5,5 & 5 @ 50k Calf raise 5 @ 220lbs, 5 & 5 @ 240lbs Military DB press 5,5,5 @ 16k Each - Felt i could have gone to 18's for these today but they were ebing used for ages! Clean and Press 5 @ 25k, 5 & 5 @ 30k Side Lat Raises 5,5,5 @ 10k - time to progress and try 11 or 12's i think.... All in all a good workout, and i'm starting to see a very slight difference in body shape, we'll see if thas the workout or the weather! I'm reading more and more about people juicing on MT but worry about the side effects and stuff, there are so many threads with horrible abcesses and boils, gyno - whatever that is! and people ending up having operations....... think i'll stay as i am and see what i can do naturally for now.

Friday's workout Incline DB Press - 5 @ 22k, 5 & 5 @ 26k Dips - 5,5,5 @ BW - on my own today and i dont got a dip belt Incline Flyes 5,5,5 @ 16k - need to perfect my technique at this weight Tricep Pushdown - 5 @ 82.5, 5 & 5 @ 90k - yes!!!! did it this week Abs - Weighted Situps, obliques @ BW and some leg raises. Really good workout today, just finished and i'm typing this before i shower - my hands are well shaky..............

Gald its going well for you mate! I see your lifting well with 5 reps at the moment, if 5 feels easy then make a note in your training diary or mentaly (whatever you use) and next time try for 3 x 6 reps. You may only get 6,6,4 but soon you will get your 3x6 then you move on to 7 reps, when you can do 8 or 9 then add a bit of weight. Nice work so far!!

Legs workout - Tuesday Squats - 5 @ 60k, 5 & 5 @ 70k Stiff Legged Dead's - 5 @ 60k - 5 & 5 @ 70k Calf Raises - 5,5,5 @ 220lb's (standing) Military DB press - 5,5,5 @ 14k each - tried these standing rather than seated, as they;re supposed to be better for your core muscle's and harder to do.......certainly found i couldn't lift as much. Clean and press - 5,5,5 @ 30k Lateral Raises - 5,5,5 @ 10k Very lethargic today - was a real effort to complete everything.................but we go for a reason.

Triceps and Chest today - felt really good as i arrived at my extremely busy gym, raring to go! Incline DB Press - 5,5,6 @ 24k Dips - 5,5,5 @ BW + 10k Flyes - 5,5,5 @ 18k Tricep Pushdown - 5,5,5 @ 90k Abs - various including 'the plank' which was really hard, but kep it for 90secs All in all a great work out today............

Cheers king, i am noticing a difference now - i'll be upping the pace to 3x6 or maybe 7 next week. glad to see someone's keeping an eye Also - weighed myself after my workout 12st 11 - and the Body fat count came out at.....................4% which is B*LLSH*T iso i know not to trust those machines??!

i know - last time i checked on that was months ago and i was 11% - which is much more likely. i only have a small layer over my abs, you can see them, just not very defined. i'm not too fussed about losing it til i'm a bit bigger. Hows the cut going mate?

Not too bad mate... I am at that stage now where its hard going getting any more off but i do see more and more quality come through every day so it is rewarding at the moment....i just dont want to loose too much more size!

Tuesday: Havent worked out since last Wednesday - tut tut. Came to the gym friday but forgot my shorts!!!! D'oh! Dead's - 5,5,5 @ 90k Pullups - 5,6,6 @ BW Close grip row - 5,5,5 @ 90k Chinup's - 5,5,5 @ BW Preacher curls - 5,5,5 @ 22.5k habent had any arbs yet today - big mistake - had no energy for this workout, havent eatne properly since friday - i've ate - but like a normal person instead of my 6 or 7 meals! focus.............!!!!

Friday' s workout- Chest/Tri's DB Press (incline) 6,6,6 @ 26k Dips 6,6,6 @ BW + 10k Incline Flyes 6,6,6 @ 16k Tricep Pushdown 6 @ 90k 5,5 @ 82.5k - the 2nd set i started on 90k and did three out couldn't manage anymore, so knocked it down to 82,5 to carry on. French Press 6,6 @ 50k Quite a good workout all in all - very hot though!! Measured my Extremity's the other day. 15" Arms (Bi). 39" Chest. 22" Thighs and 30" Waist - lots of room for improvement!!

I've had a week off, its was my 22nd birthday and my mates had planned my week, all a suprise. i thought it best to take a week off as i wasn't sure if i'd be out all week drinking and binging. Turns out it wasn't too bad. Chest and Triceps today: Incline DB Press - 6,6,6 @ 26k Dips - 6,6,6 @ BW +10k Incline Flyes - 6,6,6 @ 16k Triceps Pushdown - 6,6,6 @ 82.5k Felt quite shattered half way through the workout, so i wasn't as intense as i'd have liked, but thats probably good, ease my muscles back into it, til next week anyway!
