Back and Bi's today: Deadlifts 6,6,6 @ 70k Pullups 6,6,6 @ BW No Row today Chinups 6,6,5 @ BW Hammer Curls 6,6,6 @ 20k I'm finding it quite hard this week, must just be because of the week off, though this usually doesnt happen when i return. I've read its best to ease back into your first week back - so thats what i'll do, nothing lost! Weighted in @ 13stone on the nose last night, doubt thats muscle though??!!

Back into the swing of things now! Squats - 6,6,5 @ 70k Stiff Legged Dead's 7,7,7 @ 70k Calf Raises 6,6,6 @ 100k Military DB Press 6,6,5 @ 18k Clean and Press 6,6,5 @ 30k Diet is pretty good, still struggling to get everything down my neck, though its psychological me thinks. I keep thinking...... i'll get fat if i eat that much. But i'm soldiering on, trying to get it all down! I've started having an MRP before bed, as mine contain Micellar Casein which is apprently better for just before bed, slower digesting. Not too sure about the extra calories, but we'll see. If i pile on the lbs around my waist i'll re-assess.

Back - Bi's Our gym was ludicrously hot today - sweated buckets and really put me off my workout. f there's one thing i cant stand its being extremely hot in a stuffy room. The gym was also taken over by Virgin at crimbo, and they're repalcing/updating all the equipment now, which is annoying as it seems the stuff i want to use is the stuff thats out of action!!!!! GGRRR! Dead's - 7,7,7 @ 70k - too hot to do 80 or try 90 Pull ups - 6,6,5 @ BW Bent over Tbar rows - 6,7,7 @ 45k - first time doing these - they're ok. Chinups - 6,5,5 @ BW - still not finding these easy Hammer Curls 6,6,6 @ 20k Going on holiday in two weeks for 14days, that'll be the longest i've not been to the gym in over a year, bit scared of losing muscle. Will come back revived and focsued i hope, with a new routine, any suggestions? or should i persevere with this one and carry on up the reps?? hhmmmm??? til next time dudes.

Back and Bi's Deadlift's - 7,7,6 (nearly dropeed the damn thing) @ 80k Pull Ups - 6,6,5 @ BW Seated Rows - 7,7,7 @ 65k On a cable machine, as our lowrow and close grip row is being replaced. Chinups - 6,6,6 @ BW Seated Hammer Curls - 7,7,6 @ 18k As i've already siad, i'm toying with the idea of changing the routine after i return form my holiday late in July. I'm not sure whether to persevere with this routine for a few more week afterward, and get up to 3x10 and then switch to a Back/Tri's, Chest/Bi's/Shoulders and Legs/Abs routine. Kinglean - got any advice mate, or anyone else for that matter? Cheers guys.

I've been tad brave and put up quite a few pics of me a couple of years ago and me now - forgive the cr*ppy quality (no 'cool' poses) but you get the idea. First day back at the gym today since my holiday - time to get back into it I'm still looking at a few different routines and would appreciate any suggestions for how to change - King? Thinking of changing my rep range to high reps and keeping the weight the same - maybe a bit lower? and also doing somehing along the lines of Week 1: 3x12 Week 2: 3x12 Week 3: 3x10 Week 4: 3x10 Week 5: 3x8 Week 6: 3x8 Week 7: 4x6 Week 8: 4x6 Week 9: 5x5 Week 10: 5x5 Week 11: 8x3 Week 12: 8x3 Upper Day 1: - Bench Press - Close Grip Bench - Military Press (standing) - Pendlay Row Lower Day 1: - Conventional Deadlift - Narrow Stance Squat - Goodmorning - Barbell Shrugs Upper Day 2: - DB Bench - Narrow Grip Incline - Plate Raise - Pull-Up w/ weight Lower Day 2: - Narrow Stance Squat - SLDL - Reverse Hyper - Dumbell Shrugs Nabbed from MuscleM4n or even Day One: Squats...........3x6 Bench............3x6 Rows.............3x6 BB Curls.........3x6 [grip or calves] Day Two: Seated DB shoulder press.....3x8 Deads...........3x6 Dips..............3x6 Chins............3x6 [ab work] Training three days per week Decisions decisions........
