Alright, this is my second attempt at a journal, last one I kinda dropped so I'll see how this goes. Its only intended to last the length of my current cycle so that should be about 7 weeks maybe more.. lol.. strict as ever. Cycle = 35mg dbol ed for 4 weeks 120mg NPP eod for 6 weeks 250mg sust eod for 7 weeks 0.25mcg Arimidex ED Change the dbol for anavar and lengthen the weeks. dropped the dbol in week 2. Started on Sunday there (17/5/05) so 2 jabs and 21 dbol in already. Starting weight is about 15 stone 7, height is 6 foot.

The dbol is anabol (British Dispensary), the NPP is GL and the Sust is a mixture of nile and karachi.

LOl, nah mate, I wish I was, its a childhood nickname based around the ugly bloke in the bash street kids (who I look nothing like I might add). One of those annoying names that jsut stuck instantly because I got annoyed and to this day everyone bar my wife and son calls me plug. I stuck a 1 on the end after the rapper in de la soul. I didnt know there was a guy in mint royale with the name.

Chest and tri's today consisted of- 75 situps flat bench- 8*100, 8*100, 5*110, 4*110 incline close grip- 8*30, 8*50, 4*60, 4*60 tricep pull down - 8*70, 8*85, 8*92, 8*92 overhead tricep pull down- 8*70, 6*85, 5*85, 4*85 pec dek- 4 sets of 6 at 65kg Oh and 15 minutes on the tread mill, did that last night too, 7.5 minutes constant rate then 7.5 hiit. some nights I do 10 minutes on the cross trainer as well. The dbol hasnt kicked in yet so these 2 days are a good benchmark for this course, my benching would be better by now if it wasnt for a shoulder injury I got last year which still bothers me, took 2 months off of benching and still cant incline bench unless its on a smiths machine

Aiming to get as close to 17 stone as possible, we'll see. The NPP is fast acting deca, basically deca prop. I'll try and dig out a link.

Not alot mate tbh, cant discuss prices on here but as you cycle lasts 2 - 3 months when you break it down your probably only spending about 50-70 quid a month, depending on what your taking and where your getting it.

Going to reduce that after this if not during. And I think I can safely take the title you have so graciously given me lol. Need to keep the heid at the moment tho what with these little dballs and all.

OK legs today, went as follows Squats - 8*60, 8*100, 8*120, 6*140, 2*160 seated leg raises(machine) - 5*100 5 sets seated hamstring raises - 5*65kg 4 sets calf raises- 8*80 4 sets then a fairly fast paced 10 minutes on the treadmill, fukc running after squats. Simple as that, I like to get legs out of the way as quickly as possible.

Do you think your at your natural max yet in terms of size and strength , I know you take gear but do you think you could maintain your current size strength natural or do you think you could hold even more size strenth natural. What sort of physique did you have when you started. Hey you wanted some interest in your journal
