I dont take any gear as I aint been training long wenough and I dont fancy my blood pressure being increased any higher than it neeeds to be, but what sort of money do you spend on it per month?

Not alot mate tbh, cant discuss prices on here but as you cycle lasts 2 - 3 months when you break it down your probably only spending about 50-70 quid a month, depending on what your taking and where your getting it.

Do you think your at your natural max yet in terms of size and strength , I know you take gear but do you think you could maintain your current size strength natural or do you think you could hold even more size strenth natural. What sort of physique did you have when you started.
Hey you wanted some interest in your journal

Well I was holding my current size no problem there without gear, Im nowhere near maximum potential and I carry a fair bit of fat as well so thats not 15.5 stone of ripped muscle lol, not at all. When I started I was skinny fat.. skinny arms legs, with a huge beer belly. I still carry some of that belly but Ive grown to love it... grrrrr.

Alright, back and bi's, thought my strength would be up with the bodyweight taking that jump but not really.. went like this-

deads - 8*100kg, 6*120kg, 5*140kg, 5*170kg(strapped)
Standing Rows (machine thingy) - 4 sets 5*85kg
behind neck pulls - 8*80kg, 6*90kg, 4*100kg, 4*100kg
Infront neck pulls - 4 sets 80kg starting at 8 reps ending at about 5
seated bicep curls - 4 sets of 6 reps with a 25kg dumbell
standing pulley curls - 8*70kg, 4*85, 3*85, 3*85kg

Tried to run but god dammit those shin splints are back already, I had hoped that arimidex would stop it and I could keep up the cardio but it loooks like I'll need to move onto the bike and cross trainer and see how that goes.. grrrr

You'll find running a struggle with the dbol, even the test and that is bad for causing the old blood to cramp the legs up, I lasted 2 mins in the boxing ring on the last cycle and quit cos my calfs where going to blow.

My diet is noticeably bereft of both, I put a banana in my shake in the morning, and have beans or broccoli and cauliflower with my main meal but apart from that......no. I take it thats bad lol.

Legs have been done (in)

squats - 8*100kg, 8*120kg, 7*140kg, 3*160kg
seated leg raises - 4 sets of 10 at 100kg
seated hamstring raises - 4 sets of 8 at 60kg
calf raises (machine) - 4 sets of 8 at 85kg

Again no cardio done.. see a pattern forming here. Couldnt face it after the squats.

Also not really feeling the strength from the dbol or npp yet and I had though that they would of kicked in by now, better be noticeable by monday or I'll throw a tantrum and scream till Im sick.
