How are you finding the nnp? Are you holding much water?

How long did it take to kick in?

plug...what is your cycle as of now... I am confused?

how do you personally compare NNP to any experiances you've had with Deca? Tren? Eq?

I am gonna go for Enanth and NNP 500mg and 400mg you think that sounds OK? (not yet but soon)

Warden - Im not holding any water at all tbh but remember Im running arimidex eod as well. It seemed to take about 2 weeks to kick in and the strength gains seem to be great, combined with the sust kicking in now and var next week hopefully.

John - At the moment I am on 250mg sust EOD, 120ml NPP eod and 75mg anavar ED with the arimidex .25 eod as well. Ive never used deca before this and its hard to compare it to tren, similair but not as quick to kick in or hard going.. no cough tho thank god.

Anavar is a bit harsh on the appetite but not too bad. Thought about some B12?

Chest and tri's again.. ran out of NPP but have ordered some more, could have had by tomorrow if only I had got my finger out and sent the cash on monday, get away tomorrow now.

Bench - 8*100kg, 8*110kg, 7*120kg, 3*130kg, 1*135kg (well pleased with this progress)
Incline Bench - 8*40kg, 8*60kg, 8*70kg, 8*80kg (shoulder is definately nearly on the complete mend)
Pec Dek - 4 sets of 65kg 8 reps
Tri Push Downs - 8*80kg, 8*90kg, 5*100kg
Tri Pull downs - 4 sets at 92kg between 6 and 8 reps

60 situps and a poor 5 minutes on the cross trainer, legs cramped up straight away.

All in all progress is great. Might try 1 rep max's next week.

Certainly hope so mate, TBH I think I could have at least equalled tonight despite the reps beforehand, had I just done single reps up to it I think I migh thave got the 140 now that would be nice.

Right a NEW PB cleared today , 5kg on to my previous deadlift, think I could have done a (very) little more but I wasnt going to push it. I went for the 1 rep max here, just building up to it with single reps so back to the higher reps next week.

Deadlifts - 5*100kg, 1*150, 1*170, 1*190, *****210kg*****
Rows - 8*40kg, 8*80, 6*85, 4*90
Behind neck pull downs - 8*60kg, 8*80kg, 8*90kg, 4*100kg
Infront "" - 4 sets 0f 6 reps at 80kg
Hammer curls - 4 sets of 6 at 27.5kg each
cabl ecurls - 2 sets of 70kg and gave up, arms were bloody sore by now.

No sign of cardio today whatsoever, tbh my legs hurt walking to pick up the TV remote at the moment so fukc it.
