I should think so, the drugs your taking. There are drug free lifters in your gym who bench more at a lighter BW!

Still an excellent lift in my opinion plug1 regardless of what he thinks. I am looking forward to reaching that milestone myself natural or otherwise

Point being Plug is capable of that naturally why spend all that money pumping that gear into yourself. You've only got one liver my friend.

He's obviously enthused and motivated enough to work hard week in week out but why does a recreational weightlifter/bodybuilder feel the need to go on the gear?

Its become a bit of a perpetuated fallacy steroids are ok, socially acceptable and can be used safely without any side effects or long term hazards.

Your a young guy Plug, come of them whilst you can because at the very least you'll have a physchological dependence on them.

As for Pagan, your name calling diminishes us both but try, if you have the intellect, to challenge the substance of what I sayand not indulge in name calling(faggot) !

Polythemus, possibly I coul dhave eventually lifted that but imho it would be several years in the future, I know how long it takes to up weights naturally and I have made the decision not to be natural. I dont think I could develop a physchological dependance to it as I have no problems when Im off the gear, I still train hard and dont drop sessions. Fair play to you if you dont use them and tbh most in my gym dont as you'll know but there again Im 29 this year, a grown up so I'll make my choices and take my chances. Thanks for the concern tho.

Most impressive Plug sir, 140kg is the most I have ever seen anyone bench press, and it was an Italian guy who trains in my gym, ex olympic weight lifter apparently, absolutely solid, older guy now though in his late 40's.

There are some big guys in my gym, but I very rarely if ever see anyone lifting the sort of weights mentioned on here.

I rarely see anyone deadlifting, and squatting is very rare too.

Your bucking the trend then mate as Ive seen in your journal. TBH not alot of people dealift or squat in my gym either I think they are the key to growing, never looked back since starting them properly.

Homophobic?Your so right on, anyway I thought the irony of the reply made it funny!

quote:

He's read my reply and now he's gone off line , shame I was having fun

Yes the power of your words reasonated through all Christendom and I went scurrying for cover

Give me chance I'm just back in the door! If I'd known you were resident at your keyboard I'd have hung on for the reply!

quote:

I have just been checking some of his other post's from his member profile and he seems to be a wind up merchant bordering on a troll .

Can you actually read? I make a lot of contentious points sure, but on a public debating forum whats wrong with that?
Plug's given a pretty coherent rhetort to one of them, so fair play to him!

You on the other hand seem devoid of the ability to form a rational argument!

Nob, twat, tosser......is that the limit of your vocabulary! And who's patronising the boy anyway, do you really think he needs you to field questions for him?
