| ThePluggedOne -> RE: Building a Better Plug.. pt 2..ish (May 18 2005 20:22:46) | Chest and tri's today consisted of- 75 situps flat bench- 8*100, 8*100, 5*110, 4*110 incline close grip- 8*30, 8*50, 4*60, 4*60 tricep pull down - 8*70, 8*85, 8*92, 8*92 overhead tricep pull down- 8*70, 6*85, 5*85, 4*85 pec dek- 4 sets of 6 at 65kg Oh and 15 minutes on the tread mill, did that last night too, 7.5 minutes constant rate then 7.5 hiit. some nights I do 10 minutes on the cross trainer as well. The dbol hasnt kicked in yet so these 2 days are a good benchmark for this course, my benching would be better by now if it wasnt for a shoulder injury I got last year which still bothers me, took 2 months off of benching and still cant incline bench unless its on a smiths machine[:@] |
