What should I expect, in your opinion? Someone on this forum did the same course (without test prop), put on 8lbs and lost 2% BF. Now that would be amazing. Its more of a weight loss thing really, I'm hoping the roids will help me lose weight ad maintain mass. Do you reckon a 500kcal deficit is enough? Should I drop even more? From what I could gather the roids help me lose weight and maintain muscle, but I still need to cut like normal. Basically I want my BF to go down a lot Comments appreciated - plus I've asked on THIS thread What to ensure my diet is spot on to make the most out of the gear Cheers - re my routine

Checked with a few people on different forums, and worry over. It's not all about numbers, but there are a few reviews I can do to my diet to ensure I lose a lot of BF (3%?) on my course. All I need to do is juggle meals around a bit. The AAS would be used to hold lean mass rather than make gains, so as long as I keep the same weights in the gym, I'm happy that they'll be OK. This cycle is def gonna be 100% fat loss. I'm gonna post my reviewed diet as soon as I have it sorted. Tomorrow will be my test drive day. As for tonight, feel well up for it, a little tired, but feel like I'll be ablt to push well. Dunno why. SO gonna jab in 20 mins, rub it in, gym very very hard, maybe do abs (if we have time), eat my PWO, then eat big and relax till bed time. We'll see

Right, now feeling much better, gotta juggle diet around, but think I can do this. Had a jab and ... hmmmn, felt a bit weird, think leg was still pumped from Monday ... will see - all in but a bit sore. No worries tho, test will hit me tomorrow and I'll be super horny again, ha. Gym went well, had body fat measured 18.6% which is what I thought (gone down), plus I've put on 8lbs ... nice one. I'm now oficially 85kg, 18.6% BF, 5'8" - so I've lost fat and gained weight. Nice! Even though my diet has been in calorie deficit (and therefore I must be losing weight - would work out at over 1lb per week even without any AAS), I'm still stronger than last week and lifting loads. New routine was different, but enjoyable. Felt milatary press was failing on triceps, but we'll soon get them up to spec. Chest, Triceps + Sholders low incline db press 3x6-8 (6@35kg * 2, 5@35kg) weighted dips 3x6-8(10@5kg, 8@10kg, 9@12.5kg) military press 3x8 (6@40kg, 7@40kg, 6@40kg) skull crushers 3x8-10 (10@40kg *2, 8@40kg) Bad points - feel I'm getting a few more spots, hop it isn't acne this early. Don;t wanna go back to my teens. I'll drink lots, wash reguarally and see what happens.

Not impressed, think last jab was wrong, can't bend leg. Quad inflamed 1-2" all around. Hurts, itches. limping. At least I do not have to do legs tonight. Gonna take leg work easy, but still work back/biceps hard. Think it went into smaller muscle or between muscles. Gonna do glute tonight instead, bugger this. On a good side not getting my diet nailed like normal, may actually be getting there. A few minor changes and I may have lift off. Nice one. Feel tired, but leg kept me awake, so didn't get much sleep. Bit of a low today, but think that's teh bad jab and lack of sleep. GOnna eat well today (fish, steak, but still in deficit), train hard and have a night out (sober). Hoepfulyl leg will not play up too much tomrrow at work (13 hours on feet). I'll relax today and may give cyclign a miss on Sunday. Think it was this that aggrivated it. Ouch!

I'm now cnvinced that I just jabbed too low. Getting better (slowly - now have 135 deg of movement) here's the journal with full details - http://www.muscletalk.co.uk/Has_this_jab_gone_bad%3F_%2D_Really_worried/m_584207/tm.htm. Anyway, gonna gym well tonight, definately, then go out and enjoy myself (on one leg, lol), and hopefully pull. Def gonna try jabbing my glute (or maybe delts) today ... keep it away from legs for a while. If anyone is thinking of injecting test prop in your quad, make sure you do it further up than I did

First things first, over the weekend managed to get laid (great) and get a number off of someone else. Result. (I LOVE the arrogance gear gives you, really does make a difference). Also had a lot of good comments from people, including my mum who hasn't seen my arms for a while ... apparently it looks like my skin is too small for my muscles - LOL Anyway, my bad leg. This hurt like a bugger on Friday, but started to get better, now I can bend it nearly fully and swelling is much better. It hurts the same as my left quad (Fridays injection). So all i sback to normal. I'm happy! Yesterday (Sunday) I had to jab gain, with both quads sore did my first glute. Pushed needle in slowly all the way, and it was a doddle, infact went in much nicer than my quad. Now my favorite. Doesn't ache much at all today, not bad seeing I have 1ml test prop and 1ml tren in there! Diet, at the weekend wasgood, tried to eat more than I usually do (still in calorie deficit). This week going to try and increase deficit slightly. Probably through exercising more rather than dieting. Got 4 weeks left on gear, and then a week before PCT, so want to lose as much BF as possible in this time. Seeing more and mroe definition (slowly) and gut hardly there anymore. I am liking this progress and have no loss in strength despite my restricted calories (infact, I'm still getting stronger). Result! Friday's routine Back + Biceps chins 3x8 (8, 8, 8 @ BW - so need to be weighted next time) deadlift 3x6 (had to miss out due to bad leg, but start at 105kg next time) barbell row 3x8 (8@70kg *2, 14@75kg) barbell curls 3x8 (6@42.5kg, 7@40kg, 8@40kg) shrugs 2x8 (8@90kg, 20@102.5kg) Swim and legs today, gonna push it hard. I am loving gym at the moment (I'll be posting diet up soon)

My Diet I keep reviewing my diet, thinking it's clean, but when I post it up it gets negative feedback. So I make changes as suggested, and somethign else seems wrong. I know all the advice I'm getting is good, just not quite getting my head around it I think. Here's what I ate yesterday: 8:20 wake 8:30 25g whey in water 8:50 boiled egg / turkey breast 10:30 semi skimmed milk / small bowl porridge / reduced sugar jam 12:10 apple / peach / 25g mixed chopped nuts (out and about, protein not practical) * 12:40 CV - 45 minute swim (breast stroke) * 2:10 2 salmon steaks (grilled), mixed veg, small ketchup 4:40 1/2 tin baked beans / 1 tin tuna / 1 slice wholegrain bread * 5:20 WEIGHTS - 15 mins abs and about 50 mins - 1 hour legs, hard * 8:05 PWO 25g whey in water (as soon as I get home) 8:35 PPWO 2x turkey breats / mixed veg / extra virgin oilve oil 9:00 peach (was going to be later, but decided to go to bed rather than to pub) 9:30 whey in water / 10ml cod liver oil 9:35 bed I estimate that to be 320g protein (52%), 155g carbs (25%), 65g fat (23%) and just over 2500 calories 2500 is a lot on a cut, but considering my exercise today should leave a large deficit (800-900 ???) Apparently I need mroe carbs in the morning, a post cardio protien source (whey) and my PWO should be sooner (maybe take whey to gym). Also beans and ketchup are not brilliant. So - watch this space for more changes. I think I'm getting there, slowly. Jabs Glute jabs don't seem as pain free as I'd like, went perfect, but swollen now. It's OK to sit on it, but it's tender and big. Jabbed my left gluite this morning, went fine. Legs almost better, so I'll be able to use them for Thursday's jab. Legs smith squats 3x6 (6@150kg *2, 8@160kg) leg press 3x10 (10@209kg *2, 10@218kg) SLDL 3x10 - didn't do, did hamstring curls instead Smith calf raise 3x10 (10@100kg *3) I started off well, the squats went up, and I maxed out the leg press machine - an improvement on last week. Unfortunately my lower back hurt and I couldn't do SLDL, so I got some hamstring curls in instead. Calf raises also went up, but not entirely convinced about these. They seem hard work, but don't seem to do much to the muscle - answers on a postcard ... Also did my abs today - then when I got home, was knackered and went straight to bed. Cycle Extension I have more time than I thought I did, so thinking of extending my cycle so that weeks 7-8 I have 100mg prop eod and 50mg winny ed (oral). A 2 week increase on a 6 week course is a lot, so I culd make larger gains. Just thinking at the moment though, and see if I can afford it.

A sorted diet? Brilliant, I have just checked today's diet with people, and it gets a thumbs up. Usually I'll have to make a difference in morning as I get up earlier (plus go to bed earlier) ... and soon I'll be starting cardio. But this one has passed the test. So, here's a sample day! 9:20 WAKE 9:25 whey in water 10am BIG porridge / sugar free jam / small portion milk / peach 12:25 TRAIN - 40 minute swim 1:00 PWO - whey in water 2:00 1 tin tuna / mixed veg 4:30 turkey sandwich (1 turkey breast, oilve oil, salad, 2 wholerain bread) 5:30 TRAIN - 1 hour weights, chest triceps shoulders 6:40 PWO whey in water 7:30 PPWO 2 chicken breasts / mixed veg / 25 10:30 apple/mixed chopped nuts/turkey breast 12:00 whey in water / cod liver oil 12:10 BED Estimated - 321g protein, 150g carbs - 51.2g fat = 2350 kcal (700-800 deficit)

... and here is a full diet that has been approved also: If I got up at 7:45 and did my cardio at 8-8:50 ... and was in bed by 9 or 10pm (i.e. a usual Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday from now on hopefully). Would this be OK? 7:45 WAKE 8:00 TRAIN - 40 minute swim 8:50 whey in water 9:30 porridge / sugar free jam / small portion milk / peach 11:45 chicken sandwich (1 turkey breast, oilve oil, salad, 2 wholerain bread) 2:00 1 tin tuna / mixed veg 4:30 turkey sandwich (1 turkey breast, oilve oil, salad, 2 wholerain bread) 5:30 TRAIN - 1 hour weights, chest triceps shoulders 6:40 PWO whey in water 7:30 PPWO 2 chicken breasts / mixed veg / 25g brown rice 9:45 whey in water / cod liver oil 10:00 BED I was thinking of swapping turkey/chicken/tuna etc and sometimes with salmon/prawns etc for taste. Plus swapping cod liver oil for nuts, replacing fruit and veg, and swapping porridge for weetabix or nutty/fruit/oat cerial Thinking of keeping ratios at about protein 320 / carbs 150 / fats 55 - around 2400 kcal. I'll get measured weekly, I see no reason (with AAS) that I can't keep strength and therefore lean mass, and still lose 0.5% BF per week. I may check at the gym tonight. Been 500kcal daily defcit at least - which should mean 1lb fat. Hard to measure a small amount, but if I'm not losing, and my weights are still going up a lot, I'll have to eat even less carbs etc. So I'll check this out tonight

What a good day. Firstly got my body fat measured, I've gone up a kg in weight, but according to the bf meter I've gone up to 19.3 (from 18.5) bodyfat - no way. Not on my diet / exercise, impossible. SO tried again after gym, and had 16.9% - hmmmmmmn, this machine is crap. What I'm gonna do is get done properly with calipers ... or maybe gauge by eye and forget this. Afterall, does it matter what BF you are and what you can bench? No - so long as you look the dogs bollocks! With that in mind, felt gym at start of the gym (hungry, tired) so thought I'd be weak. As it happenned I had a superb session, lifted very well, better than last week, felt strong. Only problem was my arse kills after jab, so had to have a mate place weights in my hand as it hurt too much to roll back - ha ha. Tried cg bench ez rather than skulls, seem to be easier to pull off, heavier weight, but unsure on what is best for mass. Think I'll stick with cg bench as they're easier to get the technique right. Did a smith bench to see what I could do (curiosity), did 50kg x 1 then 90kg x 1 then ... Chest, Triceps + Sholders smith bench 1x1 (1@115kg) - best ever low incline db press 3x6-8 (6@35kg * 2, 8@35kg) - up by 3 reps weighted dips 3x6-8 (8@12.5kg * 2, 9@12.5kg) - up a lot, especially seeing machine slipped on one so I had another 2 reps wasted military press 3x6 (8@42.5kg, 8@47.5kg, 7@47.5kg) - up loads, but thought it was 8 not 6 reps - doh cg bench 3x8-10 (8@60kg *3) - never tried, but felt good All in all, a great workout Diet gonna be good tomorrow, jab gonna be in quad, gonna be perfect and I'm doing friday's back and bicep session as I can;t do it Friday night. Gonna push it hard (even though I have no partner) Gonna be a good day!

I had to do Friday's routine on Thursday due to a busy weekend. Went exceptionally well apart from barbell rows as I didn;t want to hurt back due to weekend on a bike! Back + Biceps chins 3x8 (8, 8, 7 @ 5kg) deadlift 3x6 (6@110kg, 6@120kg, 8@127.5kg) barbell row 3x8 (8@75kg *3) barbell curls 3x8 (8@42.5kg *3) shrugs 2x8 (8@127.5kg, 12@127.5kg) So All an improvement - and a nice one, felt good even though I gymmed alone. nice Hard weekend This weekend I was mountain biking e Peak District (very hilly) in over 30 deg heat for 7 hours on Saturday, and 5 on Sunday. Sleeping in a tent, living off of water, oat bars and my own hi carb bars. Needless to say although eating where possible I was VERY dehydrated, and under nourished. I hit 'the wall' once and had to eat lots to recover (no balance, ached all over etc). Managed it (came 132nd - LOL) but VERY hard on my body. On the way home drunk about 2 litres of water and didn't need to pee! Obviously ate what I could when I could, but was mainly carbs in the end. Legs Tried to gym legs today, but dehydrated still, no energy, tired and ache from weekend. Thought I'd give it a shot and see how I felt. managed to improve my shrugs, but then had no energy so decided to rest legs for a week and take it easy. I have also eate slightly more (250kcal deficit rather than 750) today in order to try and get energy back up for gymming on Wednesday. Good eating started today again, back in full swing tomorrow with an early morning swim ... then relax for the day (I think a cycle would be a bad idea in the evening). Keen to get going again!

Just checked my slip from my first ever gym session (17/12/03): 5' 8" (174cm) 87.5kg 25.4% BF !! Now: 5'8 85kg 18.5% BF Meaning I've lost 5.9% BF and gained 4kg lean mass in 1.5 years. Also amazing how much difference that makes to your appearance! Doesn't seem like a lot, but diet and routine only really sorted this year. Be interesting to see how a good diet, good routine and AAS helps Give it a few months ... I want to lose another couple of % BF and gain a bit of mass by then.

Definately going to extend my cycle to: Weeks 1-8.5: prop 100mg eod Weeks 1-8.5: winny 50mg ed (oral) Weeks 1-6: tren 75mg eod Why 8.5 weeks, 'cos that's what units the prop and wintn tabs will come in. Placed order, will get in the week. Gonna get this cut working well, and an extra 2.5 weeeks whould make hell of a difference on a 6 week cycle. Then PCT

OK, a bit more acne, and felt tired all day -think this is due to restricted calories. So I had some porridge and went to gym, did very well. Realised that I've been forgetting to incline bench on db press ... so sorted that Here's the results: Chest, Triceps + Shoulders low incline db press 3x6-8 (8,8,7 @ 35kg - up by 3 reps) weighted dips 3x6-8 (8,8,9 @ 17.5kg - up by 5kg) mil press 3x6 (5@55kg, 4@52.5kg, 5@50kg - think I aimed to high, still up though) skulls 3x8-10 (8,8,7@40kg - still undecided on skulls -vs- close grip bench - felt good though) All in all a very good day

OKay, a month before my cycle (when this journal started) I was 18.5% BF (estimated), 81kg. I bulked until my cycle then have been cutting. If, and this is a big IF, my body fat reading yesterday was correct (been quite consistent) I am now 84kg @ 16% BF. This means, in 2 months (one bulking without AAS, one cutting with AAS) I have lost 2.5% BF and gained 4kg in lean mass. Good progress I think, I'll keep checking stats to see if this progress stays. I think I look similar, but I check the mirror several timesa day (ha ha), other people have noticed a difference and my weights have SHOT up. With weights increasing a lot I think the leanmass is possible, and on a 750kcal daily deficit the body fat is also believable. 4 weeks on AAS left to go before PCT. BRING IT ON

Last night had a late one, got to bed at 5am! Up at 8:30 with hardly any sleep. Very very very hot (mate's spare bed), tired. So ate only 300-400kcal below today to try and get energy for gym. Now feel fantastic! My routine went well - well impressed, one of best ever Back + Biceps chins 3x8 (8, 8, 7 @ 7.5kg - up 2,5kg) deadlift 3x6 (6@127.5kg, 6,8@140kg - felt good) barbell row 3x8 (8@75kg *3 - same weights as last time, but had very good technique, felt better!) barbell curls 3x8 (8,8,7@45kg - up, very good, well pumped) shrugs 2x8 (8@140kg, 8@130kg - 140 too heavy, not enough movement, but 130 nice) Abs 50,50,75 situps on bosu with 15kg undr chin. Feel well good, loving this cycle, loving the gym, just come out and can't wait til gym on Monday. Grrr

Feel like I'm not eating little enough. But body fat measured at 17.2% @ 73.8kg. I know it's fluctuating, but it's going down. I'll wait til end of cycle and PCT before making any figures etc. I'm seeing the weight come off, more definition, more pump, so am happy. Chest, Triceps + Shoulders low incline db press 3x6-8 (8,10,7 @ 35kg - up by 2 reps - REALLY felt pump) weighted dips 3x6-8 (8,8,7 @ 22.5kg - up by 5kg, down by 2 reps - amazing!) mil press 3x6 (4@52.5kg, 6@50kg *2 - was well tired from dips and bench, but felt powerful) skulls 3x8-10 (8,8,7@40kg - same as last week, but better technique, these seem to hit different head to dips and ached last week, so I'll stick at them) All in all I'm happy with my progress Also did abs - 50 sits ups on bosu with 30kg on chin - nice! CV, still swimming most mornings (30-50 mins) and tomorrow got a 40 min swim AND a 1 hour cycle. LOVING the gym!
