how are you having your bf% measured is it calipers or one of those electronic machine things. either way they will probably be affect by the water your body is holding from the gear, so for know just go by the mirror and take some proper readings after pct. try not to get disheartened if you don't see progress as fast as you would like remember you see your body everyday and small changes will unoticable it is at the end of the cycle when the bigger picture comes together that you will really notice it. keep at it bro!!

Agreed, and it does fluctuate. But generally it's going down. Usually reads between 16 and 17.5% now, when it was reading 18-19.5% a few weeks ago ... I read at same time each week, with same diet, same hydration etc. I know it's a guide, but it's nice to see numbers - LOL. Done by an electric thingy quote:

Yeah, I do notice things in the mirror, you see a muscle or definition you've never seen before, and the comments I get are amazing. EVERY time I go out I get people say wow, especially if they haven't seen me for a few months. It gives me a real ego boost and I love it. The before after pics will be good, can't wait. I'm looking and feeling best ever, and it is noticible, so that's what matters. A pound here or a kilo there isn't important, it's the mirror that matters. quote:
keep at it bro!! Cheers mate - I'm as dedicated as ever. Currently eating right, no drugs, no booze, gym 3x week (hard), swim 4 mornings a week, cycle 1-2x a week, sleep well. Getting up at 7:30am now rather than 9:00 and feel great for it. Thanks for your comments dude

LOL - let me change that to "no recrational drugs" Used to do alcohol reguraly, ectasy often and occasionally dabble in anthetemines. cocaine and sometimes cannabis. Think this is making a very big impact

CV Day Yesterday was a CV. A 45 min swim in the morning and 1 hour cycle in the evening. Dunno why but the cycle was VERY intense, I seemed to have unlimited power and could cycle very fast and very hard for a long time. Superb! My calories were around 2600-2700, but with exercise left me in a 800-850ish deficit - so good for cutting. Plus had about 380g protien. Absolutely awsome power, loved it. Looking the best ever, tits turning to pecs and loving it, this is good. Got quite a few spots on my face, but they'll pass. Very very happy with progress

Weight 84.5kg - Bodyfat 14.7% ... again it varys, but going down - oh yeah. Looking good, loads of good comments. Had Tren cough for the first time, so much for gear being fake - LOL! Back + Biceps chins 3x8 (8,7 @ 10kg, 5@7.5kg - thinking technique was sufferring so stick at 7.5kg) deadlift 3x6 (6,6,8@140kg - felt good - very heavy, lower back sore but OK) barbell row 3x8 (8@80kg, 8@75kg, 8@70kg - too heavy, technique sufferrted, stick at 75kg) barbell curls 3x8 (5@45kg, 8,8@40kg - yikes, no strength but knackered!) shrugs 2x8 (8,8@130kg nice but tired) Went well, but felt technique needed improving. In a rush so less gap between sets so weights dropped but felt VERY VERY pumped, like I was gonna tear my skin - LOL. Next week will lower weights and try again. Loads of good comments at weekend Can also do one handed press ups - yey

Right, lost my legs routine last week, but luckily remembered what I'm pushing. Legs smith squats 3x6 (6@150kg, 6@160kg, 8@170kg - felt very good, back fine, got technique perfect and went down far) leg press 3x10 (10@209kg, 10,9@218kg - moved seat forward to posn 4, much harder. felt very hard. at absolute limit!) ham curls 3x8 (8@120lbs, 6@135lbs, 9@120lbs - not like good mornings or sldl, so these will do, seem very weak though) smith calf raises 3x10 (10@100kg, 10@110kg, 10@100kg - burned - lots!, very nice) Abs 2* 50 reps on bosu with 2* 15kg plates on chest - very hard work Very good day. Wore a vest out last night and had someone I work with poke me like an animal, feel very good, confidence up. As for gear, BD Prop run out, BD tren run out, so starting on my new prop for next 2.5 weeks. Will be just prop and winny. Jabbed left leg (forgetting ehich I did - LOL)

Right, did another swim today, 50 length in 45 minutes, heart rate high, very good going for me! Ate 750kcal under, so again to plan, 330g protien, nice. Had my BF measured again, this time 16.7% - now I know it fluctuates, so taking an average I think it's around 16%, which means I've dropped about 3% since starting gear etc. Which seems about right looking at my mate's bodies and their bodyfat. Not bad, still 84.6kg though, but when I stop cutting hard I'm sure that will go up. Injected my new test prop today (different stuff, meant to be painful), fine, no side effects, no cramps. Nice. Also acne now clearing (think it was the trenabol). Feel on top of the world and looking good, can;t wait to get my biceps pumped on Friday. yey Chest, Triceps + Shoulders smith bench press 1x2 (just to see what I can do, warmed up at 100kg, and pressed 2 at 120kg, a new record. Couldn't do 125kg after, will next week!) low incline db press 3x6-8 (9,8,8@ 35kg - same as last week, but felt really pumped and arms knackered after bench which I didn't do last time) weighted dips 3x6-8 (9,8,8 @ 22.5kg - up by 2 reps - really felt it. Need a belt though as I'm feeling it in legs holding db) mil press 3x6 (6,7,7@50kg getting technique, really push at bottom, dunno if it's working shoulders, but felt very good) skulls 3x8-10 (9,9,8@40kg - 3 reps more than last week, but good technique and really pishing myself till I can't physically do any more) A superb session, didn't lift a lot more, but seeing I had a 750kcal deficit think I'm doing very well. My chest was MEGA pumped afterwards. And weights still good considering I tired myself with a 120kg smith bench first Late night now, so may not swim in morning, we'll see.

Managed to go swimming (5 hours sleep) this morning and thought it would be a light one, managed 40 minutes at a fast pace - well happy! My body is no longer fat, I am looking the best I have ever done in my life. Whether it's the diet, cardio, weights, lack of alcohol or gear I dunno (probably all) - but I love it. Can't wait til next gym, or for another 2 weeks on cycle, or til after PCT (when acne goes). I love this stuff. Used to be fat, now I'm normal with bigger muscles - where next? Pecs, six pack, 10-12% BF, and 18" arms - that's the plan ... and I think it's obtainable, gimme a year or two

First of all, I know it fluctuates, but lowest ever body fat reading. 84kg at 14.2% - so definatly going down. Yeah! Decided to go easy on rows and deads so that I can make lower back stronger so it doesn't ache - went well, feels fine afterwards ewven at the same weights. Oh, my chins are actually called pull ups as my palms are forward Back + Biceps pull ups 3x8 (9,8,6@7.5kg - good technique) deadlift 3x6 (6,6,6@140kg - very good as I didn't push it. Will up slightly next week) barbell row 3x8 (8,8,8@75kg - again not pushing it, good technique) barbell curls 3x8 (8,8,6@45kg, much much better, very strong, very pumped, loved it) shrugs 2x8 (8,12@130kg nice - to save back next week do same weight at 12,15 or something) Feeling very very good Spots on chest, but liking fat loss. ALso strength slowing down, but been cutting calories to -750 most days and upping cardio, so fat loss is accelerating ... after all that is the point of my cycle. So long as I don't get weaker! Nice

Ha ha - you'll be lucky I will do before and after shots, but wanna make 'em good - like right at the end of the cycle and PCT and maybe a few weeks after. Very few people have done proper journals of diet/pics/course/routine etc ... but I will I promise. I tell ya, there are HUGE differences I've transformed. Bought a T shirt that I couldn't even remotely fit into a few months ago. Now fits me like a glove and shows off my arms. Grrrrr Be patient samcim .... and you'll see pics 'n' everything

Diet today - very good. Only around 650 under, but still good. Legs smith squats 3x6 (6,6@170kg, 6@180kg - back only a little bit sore, much stronger) leg press 3x10 (10,10@218kg, 10@220.3kg - superb, very tiring) calf raises 3x10 (10,10,10@110kg - better technique, really burned) ham curls 3x8 (8,8,8@135lbs - nicer, felt good, think it's cost I swapped order around and had gap after leg press) Now doing calves before hams as leg press kill 'em too much otherwise Much nicer Very happy - got LOADS of comments at gym!

Suprise Suprise - another great day. Started later but made it last. Felt REALLY good. Started drinking green trea to increase my metabolism, strawberry flavour, very very nice. Body fat 15.5% at 84kg, sounds about right. So still going down - VERY happy with progress. Went for a cycle this morning, went over the handle bars at 15-20MPH, got a flesh would on my back where I did a somersault, ouch! Chest, Triceps + Shoulders smith bench press 1x1 (125kg, failed at 130kg. Warmed up at 100kg. Nice) low incline db press 3x6-8 (10,10,9@ 35kg - despite being tired from bench, up 5 reps, superb) weighted dips 3x6-8 (10,10,9 @ 22.5kg - up 4 reps, so increase weight next time) mil press 3x6 (6,6,7@52.5kg heavier, better technique, felt explosive) skulls 3x8-10 (didn;t do skulls as EZbar busy, did wide grip cable pull downs instead, still got a good workout though) Apart from injuries that are bike related this was a VERY productive day! Decided I can up EFAs in my diet by home made protein bars: 150g whey, 200g peanut butter, 200g honey (may substitute this), 100g dried mixed fruit, 50g alpen (muslei) - mix wet stuff and microwave for a minute, then mix in with dry stuff, put in fridge, then cut into 10 snacks: Each 291kcal, 17.8g protein, 28.5g carbs, 11g fat. - With more peanut butter and less honey, and more whey I could get carbs very low, with fat and protein up. Nicer! They taste gorgeous, better than chocolate!

I will do very shortly mate A few people have asked, but I'd rather wait til the end of my cycle and PCT (5-6 weeks) and do before/after shots. I want to see all the gains for myself in one go. Then I'll also write a FULL report of my cycle/diet/training etc for others to use. Check back in a few weeks
