Chest, Triceps + Shoulders bench press - to tire me out (5,5,4@100kg - but went all the way down this week, better technique) low incline db press 3x6-8 (10,9,9@ 35kg - down 2 reps, but bench was much harder, so think i'm up generally) weighted dips 3x6-8 (8,8,6 @ 25kg - felt good, more reps, only got pain on last rep when I took all weight off suddenly) mil press 3x6 (4@57.5, 6,4@55kg - made shoulders ache, feeling good, but 57.5kg was too heavy this week) skulls 3x8-10 (8,8,6@35kg - but ensured i have perfect technique, something that i don't think i had before) Overall, feel good, and went up - just disheartened with acne. Skulls not "hurting" triceps on last rep, just no strength left. COuld be 'cos it's at the end of a workout - they are getting bigger. Abs 50,50@2*15kg on chest on bosu - hurt a lot after, felt tired, can feel my muscles under my fat now, so well chuffed Body Fat Using gym scales I'm 87kg at 16% BF, so going down again despite creatine, so still losing weight. I actually think that the scales are wrong, and I'm actually heavier - so I'm gonna compare and determine what the scales are and what my BF actually is Suppliments Took 200mg caffiene (in sugar free red bull) befor workout, gonna try this for a bit. Also gonna add eph and asprin to make an ECA stack whilst keeping on creatine. Hopefully this will help me lose BF and keep pump and strength when on PCT, and when "natural" until my next cycle. Watch this space!

Just a quick note to add how I'm feeling. Last night, I ate a bowl or porridge after my dinner and felt fat for it. But this morning I've swam 1km and have no appetite - obviously I need to eat, but shall eat little balanced meals rather than big. Don't wanna speak too soon, but acne seems to be clearing (slightly). Still pumped on creatine, and feel much more solid today, so things are looking up. I know a lot of it is psychological (i.e. like anorexia, but we always think we're too small), but it's suprising how much a few good days diet make us feel. On another note, was going to go to Slammin Vinyl in October and get smashed, but woke up this morning, went todwnstairs and some mates were here after a night out. They looked and felt awful - now I know why I've given up drugs 'n' alcohol - made me feel great not to be like that. Gonna drink etc again soon (maybe a light drink in a few weeks) - but am NEVER going back to what I was like, and thinking that necking 5-10 pills for slmmin vinyl may be a waste ... we'll see

Still noticed that I'm losing weight as I'm getting more definition etc. Also acne clearing (4 days into PCT) so much much happier I'm tired as I'm working my a55 off, but gonna have loads of caffiene and gym hard later. Grrrrrrrrr - top of the world

Back + Biceps pull ups 3x8 (10,7,7@10kg - down in reps, but went higher and felt good) deadlift 3x6 (6,6,6@160kg - up 10kg - back good, but MEGA heavy) barbell row 3x8 (8,8,11@70kg - good form too - up next week) barbell curls 3x8 (8,7,8@50kg - 1 rep down from last week, but performed very slow controlled reps and worked very well - up next week) shrugs 2x10 (10,12@140kg felt good - up and rotate shoulders next week ) Abs 75 situps on bosu with 2*15kg on chest. Felt really strong today and back fine

Legs leg press 3x10 (10,10,10@224.8kg - max. Did 1st as smith busy - very strong) smith squats 3x6 (6,6@180kg, 6@190kg - good technique, again very good and hard work) calf raises 3x10 (10,10,10@120kg - good technique, locked knees, really squeezed, had it cracked today) ham curls 3x8 (8,8,6@150lbs - going up - felt more explosive) All in all a very good session. Went in tired and thinking I'd do cr@p, put 100% in and came out feeling very happy with myself. Nice! Clomid / PCT Depression Think I may have it, I'm tired and irritable. Gonna sleep it off and do exercise more (swimming) to release endorphines ... so will de-stress myself. Got a lot to look forward to, shall ficus my attention on that, work and of course, gym. I REALLY want to be on a cycle again, can't until then. You feel so good, and PCT is so ****. So I really am looking forward to it Caffiene To give me more energy before training I'm on sugar free red bull (or tesco's equivalent). Have about 500ml (150mg) - 1 litre (300mg) about 60-90 minutes before workout. It seems to work. I'll try for a few weeks on, then a few weeks off and see what happens! Diet In the week very good. Saturdays are always hard, but ate less this week to cut, and ate less all day Sunday. Then had a BBQ Sunday night so ate 3 chicken breats, 4 slices of wholegrain bread and a sausage. felt like LOADS, but in teh whole scheme of thing not too bad. Also treated myself to some cake (birthday party). Appetite is low, which is nice, I'm not as hungry any more, so it's better for dieting, but I fear my metabolism is lowering, I'm gonna change ratios and proportions and have different cheat days (heavy eating one day, light the next - hence BBQ etc) to try and get metabloism higher. Saying that, the mirror says I'm looking better so that's what matters! All in all though, just can't get bigger quick enough - so love it all.

Today ALL I wanted was to be in the gym training (and on gear). If I could train every day I would .... bit addictive this gym thing. Had to go swimming instead, couldn't hack doing nothing! Chest, triceps and shoulders tomorrow - my favorite. May squeeze in some abs too ... cant wait. Gonna go to bed early so I can hopefully swim 750m before work (30 mins for me as I swim slow). Cut or Bulk? A LOT of people say that you cannot cut and bulk at the same time, and that you're better off doing one properly, then the other peoperly. During my cycle I was cutting, and soon I'll be cycling at altitude in Peru with little food, so will be cutting ... so for the month until them, I'm gonna cut. I have been trying to bulk and lose fat ... but if I can keep my muscle and ensure that my weights go up slightly each gym session, I can keep cutting my calories until this stops happenning. Losing bodyfat whilst retaining lean mass is my goal fo rthe short term, and to be huge is my long term goal. So ... I have to ensure that I cut well, plus I don;t think I'm eating enough protein (200-250 today when I should be 300+) - which means too many carbs, so I must start cutting again bug style. It all started today!

Chest, Triceps + Shoulders bench press - to tire me out (3@100kg, 8@90kg, 2@100kg - what's going on, did 5,5,4@100kg last week??) low incline db press 3x6-8 (10,9,8@ 35kg - down 1 rep - chest really poor today) weighted dips 3x6-8 (10,10,9 @ 25kg - very very strong, up 6 reps - came off station slowly so I don't hurt arms) mil press 3x6 (6,5,4@57.5, much better than last week) skulls 3x8-10 (7,6,6,6@35kg - think technique was better still (touched head) - did another set as I felt strong) REALLY pushed it today (felt sick), but chest was down, don't know why. Had caffieine again. All else up and felt REALLY strong, just chest low. Perhaps it's 'cos I swam this morning and last night. Body Fat + Cutting Right, I'm down 0.5% body fat from last week, which means about 500kcal deficit per day ... I think that although I did this with steriods, doing it natural is impossible - I can tell that as with gear my strength still shot up, without it's going down! I can't have that! At least it goes to show that the gear worked - LOL. Damn I love gear! So I need to up calories slightly, especially protein as I fear this has dropped, BUT still need to cut. I shall try to "monitor and adjust accordingly" so that i still lose body fat and keep strength (well gain). Cutting is main objective, but I still want an increase in strength, albeit small! Now I know that the gym scales are wrong, I measured my bodyfat and that again, so I am now consistently 18.2% at 88kg - so although this is 2% more than last week, it is because I was reading wrong before. Overall, I'm going down in bodyfat - which is nice. Hormones My test levels must be shot, creatine is making me pumped, nolva is taking away the water made by creatine, clomid is making me depressed, caffeine gives me short term energy, so my body has no test, can't keep any estrogen and is all over the place at the moment, and I am feeling that in the gym. Looking forward to a) getting things 'even' again with natural test levels b) Starting on ECA and seeing if I can continue to cut harder c) My next cycle My Target Before Holiday My plan is to cut for another 4 week, then cut when on my cycling holiday (obviously) then bulk for a bit after. Nice to be down by 1% in the next month, this is achievable and my target.

Since I dropped weights on my chest slightly on Wednesday I've had a sort of feeling that I'm too small - look in the mirror and the confidence has gone. Not liking this. I know my hormones are f**ked and stuff, but can't wait for it to be over. I KNOW I can't have lost much, I KNOW other exercises went up, but something is telling me I'm losing muscle and I'm suddenly looking smaller. Hmmmmmn

i know how you feel mate i hate when you feel like you are losing strength but unfortunately it all part of it, best off just remembering what you were lifting at the begining of your cycle and comparing it to what you are still lifting now.

True - I think diet has a lot to do with it - thanks mate! Feeling much better today, feel like I have hardly any bodyfat and will hopefully lift good at gym tonight (back + biceps). Got loads of comments last night, been told I look like popeye- LOL. Feeling better, and eating slightly bigger, still cutting though, but increasing protien decrease carbs again ... lets see what happens ...

What a superb workout, bery pleased: Back + Biceps pull ups 3x8 (9,9,7@10kg - up 1 rep, but going higher) deadlift 3x6 (6@160kg, 6,6@165kg - feeling very very heavy now) barbell row 3x8 (8,8,8@75kg - good weight to stick to, kept back straight) barbell curls 3x8 (8,6@52.5kg, 7@50kg - going up, feeling heavy) shrugs 2x10 (10,7@140kg less reps but going right up, then ropping shoulders back fully, much harder and feel better) Abs 25 crunches then 75 100 situps on bosu with 2*15kg on chest. DOMS Thik my shrugs are better this week as I have DOMS 2 days later - I like DOMS. Weight loss / looks Without a doubt I'm looking thinner and better than I ever have. Still eating loads, still in deficit, but looking good. Loads of nice comments from people in pub at weekend Drinking I'm having a few drinks tonight, first time in 3 months for a party. SHould be fun! Felt really strong today and back fine

Cheating Hmmn, Sunday's diet went well, I didn't eat take aways, just had homemade fat/protein bars - so cut on carbs. Had a burger, but generally well. Then cheating started. Sat night around 30 southern comfort and diet cokes - guess I can drink, then Monday's food consisted of a fryup - pub meal (seafood platter) and a take away pizza and garlic bread - so not too good. I drank LOADS of fluids though. So was a fun weekend, expensive, and probbaly did me not much good, but was fun. Now back to cutting again in full swing, so die has to be perfect now to catch up That's me stopping drinking again for a few weeks at least, just not worth the money or anything really - not to do weekly. Damn, I'm growing up

Legs Gymmed legs Tuesday as I couldn't on Monday, thought that a weekend of bad eating and drinking would make me bad. As it happens - I did great. Well impressed leg press 3x10 (12,12,9@224.8kg - max. gonna start adding weights somehow next week) smith squats 3x6 (6@180kg, 6,8@190kg - still going parallel, and feeling very good) calf raises 3x10 (10,10,10@120kg - same weight, but still really squeezing) ham curls 3x8 (8,9,6@150lbs) Really happy with the session - and best of all, get to gym today as well. Nice Feeling better and stronger, and gains are coming again, so thinking that, although I'm still on clomid and nolva, the PCT is working and hopefully I'm startig to make test etc again. My acne is clearing, so I guess I'm almost natural again. ECA + CEE Ordered Ephedrine today (30mg tabs), Caffeine (200mg tabs) and have Asprin (300mg tabs) already, so thinking of stacking ECA at 30/200/150mg. Don;t know on whether to do daily, several times daily, or just PreWO ... we'll see. Also ordered 250g of CEE, so gonna try ather than Creatine Mono as it's supposed to be much better.

Changing my split. My 2 training partners and I are always itching to go to the gym, each session we want more. So as soon as we hit a plateau we're gonna go for a 4-5 day split. Don't want to overtrain, but I find it hard to believe that we're doing as much as we can. Look at Flex Wheeler for example, he gyms more than 3 one hour sessions a week. I'll get cut out of the way, the when I'm bulking get a larger split. Then, it should be fully in swing by the time I start my next steroid cycle - which will be a deca/dbol/test 8-10 weeker bulk. 1 of my training partners is juicing like me (one cycle together, but he's done in the past), the other has no idea. We're gonna have to come clean before our next cycle as a) it seems fair b) he may want to do it too c) he's bound to notice as we sauna after every session - LOL. We've decided to tell him as soon as we're getting money together for cycle, probably by giving him this journal to read or something. So Nick, if you read this, then this is the point when it changes. Funny really, he kept saying a few months ago that we've shot up in size recently. And we were both on cutting cycles. Imagine what the bulk will do.

OKay, we did some smith benching to tire us wednesday, BAD idea. This tired out triceps and shoulders more than chest, and so the rest of the routine was hard on the triceps, yet the shoulders felt under worked. We therefore used this as a very good lesson, and experimented a little with techniques and exercises, but still shifted good weights and my chest/tris were dead at the end. And have DOMS after. Chest, Triceps + Shoulders smth bench press - to tire me out (100-120kg, various reps, pyramid) low incline db press 3x6-8 (10,8,9@ 35kg - same, but bench really tired me out) weighted dips 3x6-8 (9,8,7 @ 25kg - down, but triceps are shot away today!) mil press 3x6 (instead of 57.5kg, I did 3@140lbs,5,5@125lbs on the shoulder press as an experiment) skulls 3x8-10 (4@35kg, 6,7@32.5kg -my god were my triceps dead, the bench really killed 'em) cable x over 3x6 (6,5,5 - on big plate 5 - but no markings - these really killed chest, and only chest) All in all we learned a lot, and had a very good session, so not a complete waste, infact, probably beneficial. Next week we shall: cable x over 3x6 (big plate 6 to tire chest) low incline db press 3x6-8 (try for 10,10,10 @ 35kg) weighted dips 3x6-8 (10,10,10@25 or move to 30kg) mil press 3x6 (6,6,6@57.5kg would be nice) skulls 3x8-10 (7,6,6,6@35kg last week, so want to beat this) But looking and feeling best ever, plus get off the damn clomid and nolva Sunday, so back 100% natural. Plus the Eph from my ECA stack arrives Monday, so next week I'll be on ECA and hopefully CEE too. Diet still making me lose weight, but calories upped. More protein and less carbs so far, so liking this. Noticing the difference.

Cheers mate - I find it great to look back and see what's happenning. I'll obviously summarise soon, and soon to get before/after photos for the cycle. Also, hopefully, it will be a good read for newbies to gear in a year or so ... from cupcake to beefcake Thx for your comments - appreciated!

Next Cycle Getting a quote on my next cycle so I know how much to save. Here is the recommended cycle including dosages. Also only shooting twice a week - bargain! 1-10: test e - 500mg/wk 1-9: deca - 400mg/wk 1-4: dbol - 30mg/day Plus around 1800mg clomid for pct and around 2000mg nolva for pct and on hand in case of gyno. Edit - got the quote, nowhere near as much as I though (infact about half) - so more affordable than ever. 1st December I think, but juicing through Xmas and New year too - so no drinking. But it'll be more than worth it

My gosh, my traps are really starting to feel it - only 30 mins after my session as well - NICE

About to gym legs Just stopped PCT (last night) so hormones should nearly be back to normal. Taken CEE (3g - 1 hr before workout) for first time Just taken the first shot of my ECA (30/400/150) stack (1 hour before workout) Plus I'm fuelled with carbs ... quite confident, let's shift some BIG weights!
