Cheers Old Git, I'll get it I'm sure ...

Thanks CJW. Pictures will come soon. After my holiday and week off next week I'm doing a 4 week cut, then you'll have photos ... plus you may see videos of my 1RMs in 2 weeks

Good Timing - Burnt Out

Good timing with my holiday, after a cycle yesterday, went tot the gym for back and was shagged.

Shoulder OK, but just felt realyl worn out. Think that I've been pushing it really hard. So the next week off will do me the world of good.

On my return I'll get some good lifting in, but this week off of everything will do me good!

The Cut Starts

1 week holiday, means my shoulder seems OK. But I had to have a carb-rich diet as there are no large portions of meat in Slovakia, but I ate what I could. Came back at 94kg.

Started prop (140mg EOD) var (70mg ED) and winny (50mg ED), and started cutting hard when back. Stopped enanthate before I went away. Will do prop for 2 weeks, and orals for 4, then start PCT.

Cycling carbs - lo-lo-med-lo-lo-high probably - had two low days, apart from veg my carbs consist of 4 shredded wheat and a slice of wholemeal bread (total over 2 days). Feel weak and crave carbs already. Also cutting calories so fcuking hungry.

This week I;m going for my 280kg dead on thursday, apart from that taking it easy, today benched 80, 90, 100, 100, 100kg from between 10-15 reps, or 6 really slow. So nice and easy. Will do again tomorrow for legs. The idea is to give my shoulder another week before adding weight. May make it even better.

Judo good tonight, 2.5 hours, lots of fighting. With and without gi, so worked well. Now really hungry so eating mixed seafood and fcuk loads of veg.

Hoping to lose quite a bit on this cut, plus will hopefully lose some water as test goes out of my system.

Today felt totally shagged, so I upped carbs slightly, so far (18:30) I've had 2 weetabix, 2 slices of wholemeal bread and a small bowl of oats. Went to gym on a can of redbull and 1 caffeine tablet and decided to take it easy, but wasn't too hard at all, I suprised myself. Cycled in too.

Took it easy also because I don't want to tire myself out for mydead lifting on Thursday. Other than that 1RM, this is a 75% effort week.

Legs & Abs - Taking It Easy

parallel squats - 6@140kg, 6,6@163kg - nice and easy
calf raises - 3 sets then a drop set
abs - crunches on that machine thing, really controlled and squeeze

Feeling really good, cutting up already. Top stuff

Ripped the arse out of my shorts by squatting deep though

Yesterday was high carbs in the end

3 slices wholemeal bread, 2 weetabix and a small bowl of oats

Now low again today, followed by high tomorrow (so I have energy for my big dead)

Fcuking hungry

Shape Up Comp

3 month (assisted) bulk pics. Got 8.5kg weight gain along with loads of strength. Still holding water, but should come off as about to do a month (assisted) cut to get less fat than I did before. Happy with progress. (6th Jan '08-2nd Apr '08)

Comments always welcome.

Oh, and the bruises are from Judo

Looking big. What was a typical days diet for you when you started this bulk? I am looking into a cycle of Test E and trying to get as much information as possible on diets. Good man

Thanks CJW

My diet, whooo, let me try and remember. I try and make it up day by day depending on how I feel. But on a bulk, perhaps.

8:50 wake
9:10 - 2.5 scoops whey in water
9:20 - 3 shredded wheat in semi-skimmed milk, glass fruit juice
11:00 - 3-4 eggs, handful nuts, 2 slices wholemeal bread, glass fruint juice
13:00 - 2x chicken breast, fish oil caps, 1 slice wholemeal bread, lots veg
15:00 - one slice wholemeal bread, some form of meat (tuna, mackrel, chichen, beef, lamb, porkm, seafood)
16:15 - small bowl oats, semi skimmed milk, jam, nuts, 1 scoop whey
17:00 - 1 scoop whey
17:15 - Train
18:30 - 19:00 - 2 scoops whey in water, fruit juice
20:00 - 2x meat (tuna, chicken, beef, pork, seafood, mackrel), some form carbs (wholemeal bread, pasta), lots of veg/fruit
23:00 - sliced ham (lots), wholemeal bread, relish, nuts, omega fish oil caps
23:30 - bed

That wouldn't be far wrong - some days less, some days I cheat

On a cut I eat half that, more veg, less carbs (cycled)

But maybe not 100%, best to get it checked on diet forum mate

Good luck

Not on T3 now mate, this was just so I could eat more during my (lean) bulk. I just went up to 50mcgs then dropped slowly till end of cycle. Just used one tub.

1 week break after my bulk

Then my cut is:

1-2: prop @ 140mg EOD (keep test in my system until last minute)
1-4: anavar @ 70mg ED
1-4: winny @ 50mg ED

Cheap as I had prop lying around, plus loads of winny/var powder

Will do HCG week 2 (500iu M-W-F)

Currently week 1

WIFFERS GETS A PB ON DEADLIFT

I did it, a 280kg (617 pound) raw deadlift.

Technique not as good as I'd like, but it went up, so I'm happy. Currently weighing 91.5kg and cutting, so well pleased with > 3x bodyweight.

Got technique tips from ex world powerlifter (don't want to mention names) in my gym, so cool with that

For those who care, it was raw, just with a belt and chalk. Mixed grip.

See it on video here: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=8_F5UDBx5bc

Happy wiffers
