Thanks re squats mate

hmmm, advice, just don't hold back mate, whatever you do commit to every throw ... it's so easy to pull out at the last minute and lose it. Breathe and relax where possible, but give it your all mate, you're there only once, make it good. Psych yourself up, like you do when lifting, this makes hell of a difference and scares the other person. Use your strength, go in there, and finish the fight quickly and hard.

You'll do fine mate, may even shoot up the belts. My first grading I flatenned the other guys and went to Green

Get a video to show me mate x

GOOD LUCK

cheers aaron mate !!

your bang on with the commitment to throw - so many times you make the initial turn + pull but something stops you , mabie some worry over a counter , gonna go in full on.

you godda remember how strong you are dudy , not many bang out the weights you do , week after week bosh bosh bosh

top work ethic and commitment

p.s can they promote me past upper orange as that the highest theroy ive passed ?

All depends on bulk or cut

Less than a bulk, more than a cut

I still cycle carbs, but generally have more. I keep calories around maintenance, sometimes high for energy, and on off-days I eat less

I find that I can still gain during PCT, so just play it by ear

PCT never a bad time for me got a lot of PBs in PCT

Thanks for the reply mate.

I noticed you don't seem to lose any strength during pct which is what prompted me to ask! Most people seem to moan about losing strength and mass.?????
