Thanks mate, seem to be good at pull ups and dips, dunno why

CG machine is used usually for bench pressing where you lie down and push handles up (rather than sit up and push handles out), people also use for shrugs, I just use one handle for CG push up. Make sense?

hi wiff !!

well i went to the grading, what along day , very busy

i won both my fights , it was impossible to get throws off due to my inexperience and the opponent but i use my boar power to pick up and slam them , although the second guy had much better skill and nearly ipponed my ass at the start but he only got 7pts !! lucky me i think.

anyhoo, they put me thru to green belt ,which i probably dont deserve, but i aint gonna say no ,godda do the theroy next week

Good stuff mate. Fight one you were dominating, and there were two points when you had the throw but didn't realise! Think you needed to push and pull more (throw him about), and be a lot quicker with the leg grabs. Butreally good mate

Second one, Rocky start mate, he was never gonna get ippon on the first throw (fall), but yours was spot on. Much better judo than the first fight, started slow but eneded really quick.

Top stuff, and a fair result at green I think!

we got there at 8.45 and fought about 3-4pm ,so i felt very drained and tired from the nervous tension both my fights were back to back (for no apparent reason) (they gave me 4 mins to rest)

i was able to push n pull the first one at will but couldnt get a throw off, he was very stiff armed , my strength would have murdered him on the floor , same for the second guy , technically much more judo skill , but when i threw him, if it wasnt ippon i was gonna hold him or submit him.

Im glad to have had some fights - all i wanted was not to lose by a stupid 4 second ippon

so - result !!!

thx mate ,youve been a great help

How Has PCT Gone?

Last day today

I'm pretty cut up (not as much as I have been, but certainly good), I squatted 3 sets 180kg for 6 reps, my sex drive hasn't sagged at all, my nuts are big, I have no acne. So all in all a result

MNeeting all day today, so no food from 9:30 til 15:30 -

But 3 ephedrine and 2 caffiene sorted me out

Gym went good, but no energy for deadlifts, and hurt my hand (pulled something when gripping) so not happy with the results here.

Shoulders, Traps

deads - 4,4@240kg, 2@220kg - first two sets I'm not happy, last I pulled a muscle/tendon in my hand so had to stop
m/c shrugs - used straps, 3 sets at 240kg, 1 set at 210kg
bb shoulder press - 72kg - around 6x6
db side raises - 3 sets at 17.5kg
