it's basically, downstairs level of club, at the back two double doors a small hallway and then the fire exit not really a hidden room, just one that is never used unless someone is getting chucked out (been there unfortunately!). It happened in there and i'm not convinced there's camera's nearby and outside it's just a really dark back exit into an alleyway. My brothers good mates with one of the old owners and i know the assistant manager and a number of the bar staff so it will get sorted, just in time finding out whether the guys have been talking about it, or if there is cctv evidence lurking etc He said earlier if he hadn't got away he doesn't think they would have stopped until he was unconscious at least.

in this incident with him messed up like this, they couldn't claim he assaulted the bouncers and they used self defence because because his injuries aren't consistent with self defence! so i'd still take it to the police. quote:

If there are no witnesses then the worst they could be charge with is using unreasonable force in self defence. I lived in a town where a group of doormen did the same thing to a poor guy in an aly outside the club. The guy died, he swollowed his tongue and chocked to death. All the doormen were found not guilty. This is going back a few years now though. Shocking stuff

ORIGINAL: tony1blue am staffs are suppost to be totaly banned, i get funny enough looks walking my ahem "irish staff" let alone an am staff with cropped ears. a dog in which my opinion is most peoples stereotype of a pit AmStaffs are not necessarily totally banned, as they are not Pit Bulls. They might well be considered Pit Bull "type" though. It's really down to luck whether your AmStaff would be thought to be a Pit Bull type. Calling it an Irish Staff wouldn't help really either as these aren't even a recognised breed in the UK. TBH I think owning and AmStaff is too risky for my liking, I would hate to have my dog taken away because of a risk I took (owning that breed!). The banned breeds for anyone interested are the Pit Bull, Tosa, Dogo Argentino and Fila Braziliero. There are lots of fighting dog breeds around which are not banned, so if you want a fighting dog then I suggest you look at one of those tbh. You can download the leaflet about this stuff here: http://www.defra.gov.uk/animalh/welfare/domestic/dogs.htm

mate viloence is the only way to go on this one, leave it a while make sure you know exactly which doormen were involved and then either go to the club mob handed and kick off inside, filter in your group in twos and threes with a few birds along. or set something similar up for them and catch them after closing. the police will do zero, i have learnt that the hard way trusting them to do there job, obviously you just have to minimise your chances of being nicked, someone being seriously hurt (you or them) and also way up if there will be reprisals. we all know they need to be taught a lesson though surely.

ok so im guessing the lad was mates with the door men or why would they just do this out of the blue , disgusting behaviour i must add and tbh things like that always get revenged in my town no matter how big or small someone is In leeds? Hmmm, it depends who is beaten up really, depends who they know and who they are and of course which doorman did it lol, some people are better off just taking the beating and leaving it at that if they know whats good for them or all hell ends up breaking lose. In this situation it is complete abbuse of power. Things to do: 1. Find out if they are all sia badged, if they are not then they are fuked and security firm gets 5000 quid fine, venue might even get shut down. 2. Report this to police. They will prob do fuk all as usual but the only reason for this is because it is then noted and if any action needs to be taken the police and law have records. (DONT DO THIS IF YOUR MATE WANTS TO TAKE PERSONAL REVENGE, DONT TELL THE POLICE A THING IN THAT CASE AND SAY HE FELL DOWN THE STAIRS). 3. REPORT THE DOORSTAFF TEAM TO THE SIA. Thats your best option, you can only do this though really if youve reported the crime to the police. The police will be able to cctv in the venue of the man being ushured by the doorman into a fire exit (back room/whatever it was), then cctv will show him running out of there beaten up and scared. However the doormen wouldnt have done this infront of cameras, dont expect there to be cctv video taping the whole thing...if there was then they are stupid idiots because theyve been filmed assualting someone. If he has deep cuts and broken bones then it is gbh section 20. If he is severely fuked up with broken jaw and blinded or something then its gbh section 18 and cid will get involved and not rest until someone goes down, its up to life imprisonment! Trouble is, dont be suprised if cctv has gone walkies and the doorteam stck together and say that your mate attacked them, he punched one of them first so it was self defense. Heres your mates options then... 1. Report to police, then contact the sia. 2. Take personal revenge and try taking them on another time eg attack them on front door (use your imagination). Then possibly start a war with some local doormen and who ever they know. 3. Do nothing but take the beating and heal up. Those are your mates 3 options.

Saw sin city, cool film, great entertainment and i really enjoyed it. Clive owens character is cool, so is micky rourkes character hes an absolute nutcase lol...those two are the type of guys you need to do it lol. Clive owen can pimp boss all those old town girls to lay down the law and micky rourke just lays it down himself

You might get smacked up again for threatening to shoot him, even though you know yourself you wouldnt do it. Besides... hed probably laugh and tell you to f off, if you wanted to shoot him in revenge you wouldnt walk up to him and threaten to shoot him another time...youd just pull up in a stolen car with window down and fire a few at him.

If someone seriously tried to gouge my eye out I would pay somebody to sort them out. It'd never be traced back to me and they might not even know it was anything to do with me (if they were a twat and upset lots of people), but they'd have a permanent reminder.

Let us know how this gets resolved. Also what was the "slight" incident your mate did to warrant this sort of kicking ? Either way they are bang out of order, they have no honour and should never be on the door again.
