My ribs have been pretty ****in sore, giveing me gibb and uncontrollablemopeing around, so i went in the shed for a shesh ....
I weighed my 4 20kg plates and they were all .5 to 1 kg over ,so ive rounded my weights appropriatley. Thats my story and im sticking to it.

really good effort there johnny . it still amazes me how you can embed a link into a picture but you cant angle a camera so it gets all of you in shot

Paul mate - we'll be at REPS at 7.30 - i'm gonna get a lift of dan,galloot,sparticus although he doesnt know it yet.
you can come to mine n leave your car or meet us there if you fancy it big boy.....

lol !! I was trying to get the camera at the right height to catch my 'deapth' (or lack of) dan mate !! still the less of my head show the better !!!

Lol, I was hoping that eye was mabie a bit tired or somthing .........
Pete, did you get the disk ? I'm guessing not, the christmas post will hinder it a wee bit.
I'm gonna have to doctor further videos somehow, just for that darn eye !!!

Its been cleared with the wife and jack is under strict instructions not to 'go a bit potty'
Ive always been boderline but i have to admit, i'm missing the 'dig' call at the bottom of the squat, sparticus is gonna have to up his game.

Thx stef mate, I was happy with it TBH - it was RAW and i've been naffed off for a couple of days after riding my bike down a hole, deffo put the wraps on next week.
Dont wanna get in the way when these beasts are goin at it !!!!

Well to be honest mate, im not big enough to stand out , ive been 'larger' for a while now so im standard size boar.
one time i walked into a shop i deliver to and the woman asked if she knew meand would not give ground - she said she didnt know me.
yea, 2.5 years this journal, pretty much all the time ive been training , i had a few months off when i visited a 'dark place' i can recommend it to no-one.
I'm looking forward to eating lots and lifting lots and using my squat suit
