Fair play Jonny. "dark side" has been my park for choice for play with the past 18 months, but i've had injuries galore, unfortunately! Reason i ask is i've had the size comments and quite simply don't know what to do with them, lie? Hmm running out now, legal pro-hormones just don't cut it if i'm seen half way through a cycle tried the jumper trick, yep, sweat like a mutha ****er, a defo no go... quote:
ORIGINAL: jonnywildboar Well to be honest mate, im not big enough to stand out , ive been 'larger' for a while now so im standard size boar. one time i walked into a shop i deliver to and the woman asked if she knew meand would not give ground - she said she didnt know me. yea, 2.5 years this journal, pretty much all the time ive been training , i had a few months off when i visited a 'dark place' i can recommend it to no-one. I'm looking forward to eating lots and lifting lots and using my squat suit

Love the ironworks cliff mate, helped my squat for sure !!! them boys love their rough n tumble stef, always wanting to wrestle !! Thx dan mate, vids are the most prescious thing in my life !!! Paul, it would be hard to find someone with your size and a 'worn in ' one is drasticly different to a new one. there is regular/meet and competition fit sizes (tight / tightest / **** me its never going on ) deffo get 'regular' fit mate

Ok, session in the shed with sparticus as he is now known. very special cuddle beforhand. Deadlifts 100kg 6 6 138kg 6 178kg 4 208kg 1 213kg 1 BO barbell rows 60kg 16 75kg 12 12 EZ curls 35kg 12 12 12 Tough session with battered ribs, however the 213 I was please with , dan got a nice 220 x 3 which the shed seemed pleased with, as was dan and I.

would there have been the possibility of more than 213 if you hadnt wasted quite so much energy on your special cuddle.

Jon, The disk arrived today. Many thanks. Only watched it twenty or thirty times, the first two squats looked easier than I remember, the third one looked about as hard as i remember. But the depth - oh mama ! I love it. Thanks again.
