Been in various amounts of pain today, but nothing that stops me goin down the gym.
Benchpress
100kg 8 120kg 6 130kg 4 135kg 2 130kg 4* 120kg 6 100kg 8
Seated DB shoulder press
36lb bells 12 64lb bells 9 9 9
wasnt sure how much i could do, so i was delighted with session - felt winded after every set and any tricept work hurt too much
*last rep slightly assisted !!

Well did some squats today coz i cant tomorrow.
Ribs give me gib which i can handle as long as it starts getting better sometime soon....
unfortunatley 'the eye' Tv crew were round at my gaff and spotted a couple of high squats.
