LOL lame it may be , but you weren't there when i was weeping , crying and thrashing out at my picture of flex wheeler ...... i was so frustrated , the uncontrolable anger directed at a 12 year old magazine insert was nothing less than atomic !!!!!
Now, i've just got off the phone to a photographic deapth perception specialist and he is certain that the angle makes this pic look worse than it is, imagine if you will, a side view.
........should be better.
it isnt ??

If you don't want to set foot in Adlington again, pray continue with this foolishness. But, if, as I suspect you wish to train in the holy place once more, then you must mend your ways. Oh Crikey, I didnt get time to doctor the pics 
I will step foot in adders again, I'm lobbying for a wednesday PM off (instead of thurs) and if that happens in the new year hopefully i can twist Dans arm and we can pop along for a verbal raping.
I didnt mention : it felt good to have the wraps on , felt so much more confident at the ....ahem........ bottom of the lift.....

good depth excuse about to roll into town:::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::
Had to go to casualty - my rib was spasming so bad i couldnt get out of the van, Its busted and i can do **** all about it except take uber pain killers.
verdict:no training , just agony , very still agony.
