LOL, no i found my old journal whilst looking for somthing.

as im not weight training in the classic sense the journal became more of a message posting service, which is fine and dandy ,but i dont see much interest in me posting my cardio stuff, mental as some of it is !!

life of Boar:

was fat
got fit
got big
won a small trophy (smashing tony into oblivion)(kindov)
lost fat
got fit
