With this journalific resurrection it is as if MT's prodigal son has returned to the fold. But slimmer, and yet still with sexual magnetism.

HIIT Hill sprints sprint up hill - 260 meters - jog back down x 4 I used to do more than 4 (10 infact , but im sure that sent me into catabolic freefall) 4 seems a good number, hill is 3/4 mile from my house so the cycle there and back serves as warm up + down , bish bash bosh , half an hour done n dusted. also note i cycle to and from work everyday (total 8 miles) and using a pedometer i counted between 15000 and 18000 steps during my working day , so i need to keep my cals up as i dont wanna go below 168lb's

Judo really good session ,plenty of scrapping, feel really really beat. decided to enter the lancashire judo championships , now , i wanna enter as a 73kg'er as the 81's can be big lads ,that would mean losing 3kg's in may ...mmmmm , i can do that ,but dont want my head to look anymore like skeletor than it already does ...... ponder time.
