Mate, you look infinitely healthier now. I said so in your journal in Sugden a while ago when you posted a pic of yourself from the past looking severely bloated.

That said, traps are cool, even on lean whippet-like men.

With this journalific resurrection it is as if MT's prodigal son has returned to the fold. But slimmer, and yet still with sexual magnetism.

HIIT
Hill sprints
sprint up hill - 260 meters - jog back down x 4

I used to do more than 4 (10 infact , but im sure that sent me into catabolic freefall) 4 seems a good number, hill is 3/4 mile from my house so the cycle there and back serves as warm up + down , bish bash bosh , half an hour done n dusted.

also note i cycle to and from work everyday (total 8 miles) and using a pedometer i counted between 15000 and 18000 steps during my working day , so i need to keep my cals up as i dont wanna go below 168lb's

Judo

really good session ,plenty of scrapping, feel really really beat.

decided to enter the lancashire judo championships , now , i wanna enter as a 73kg'er as the 81's can be big lads ,that would mean losing 3kg's in may ...mmmmm , i can do that ,but dont want my head to look anymore like skeletor than it already does ...... ponder time.
