What belt are you, white/yellow?

They look away and hope never to set eyes on me ,doing my wierd ****.

well, I got my yellow belt a few weeks ago - and as i won both my fights at the grading , i skipped orange and went to green !! .. i know , im a bit embarrassed , but i'll grow into it !!

iain + martin , if there was a way to do that circuit naked ,with you 2 oiled up in the wings ready to jump in ...i'd do it.

I have lots more crap in the shed to add into my circuits ,pity my big sandbag needs repairing , yea the water filled swissball is a killer !! i was supposed to fill it up much more, but its such a twat to lift even at that weight !! i must say ,the kettlebell row things were awsome !!

well done on the belt skip then! best i ever managed was jumping 3 Mon
when i was 11yrs old i was blue belt 3 mon, i was one away from reaching the ceiling of brown belt (no junior black belts allowed).
Seeing there were no kids my age and my belt ranking they put me with the teenagers every time at gradings

Class, I can't view the vid at work sadly, but I can guess what it entails! That swiss ball full of water is a beautifully, horrible bit of kit!

when i put another 10kg of water in that thing mate it will be on the official list of torture equipment , countersigned by non other than george bush senior and rob lowe !!

Great video Boar- as ever - looking forward to the next one. Those 20" Standing Jumps look like a real killer after all that Quad work before

You've given me a few ideas for my 'Fight Club' boxing-type circuit I do in my garden on a Tuesday night
