you would crush me kenders , but you deffo would have to catch me first strength / conditioning circuit - 70kg tyreflip x 30m
- 10kg sledgehammer tyre pummell x 40
- 32kg kettlebell row/juggle x 20
- 14kg sandbag lunge x 30m
- 30kg waterball stepup x 20
- 20" boxjumps x 20
- 12kg kettlebell thrusters x 20
70kg tyreflip 3 x 30m 32kg kettlebell swings 3 x 20 32kg kettlebell juggle 1 x 20 24kg sandbag stepups 1 x 40 polymetric jumps in and out of tyre - much harder than it looks x 2 'sets' my sandbag is bust so couldnt use it, enjoyed the session ,nothing murderous but im going for more sessions of shorter duration .... videoed the circuit in homage to pikekings vomit vid he did

well done on the belt skip then! best i ever managed was jumping 3 Mon when i was 11yrs old i was blue belt 3 mon, i was one away from reaching the ceiling of brown belt (no junior black belts allowed). Seeing there were no kids my age and my belt ranking they put me with the teenagers every time at gradings

Class, I can't view the vid at work sadly, but I can guess what it entails! That swiss ball full of water is a beautifully, horrible bit of kit!

nice one ! the kids really tear strips off eachother !! My son goes to judo , its great for a bit of fitness and confidence , no more fighting for belts now theroy ,still , plenty of comps to get battered in. when i put another 10kg of water in that thing mate it will be on the official list of torture equipment , countersigned by non other than george bush senior and rob lowe !!
