Cheers kinky,
I had 160 today (i totted it all up) and with a few adjustments i should be able to maintain that, cottage cheese - will have to instruct mrs.wildboar to purchase some.

I would like to find the cheapest whey possible - the 2 little wildboar pigglett's tend to take all the cash so if i can find a cheap source - all the better.

well done on making 160g!

cottage cheese isn't the greatest tasting food but its cheap and easy. mixing in other stuff (chopped apple, sliced bananas are my favourites) greatly improve the flavour.

whey isn't that expensive if you buy in bulk.

yeah reflex is quality protien, the chocolate flavor mixed with ANPB and water tastes like a snickers bar (if you have an over active imagination)

Just read the thread. Excellent progress. Was wondering - how long did it take you between the first pic and the second pic? And yeh the Mr Beckham resemblance is there. Keep it up!

LOL, Godda love this site.....where every man can recieve an ego boost.
Thanks for the kind words mas, there is probably about 8 weeks between photos, but the first one - i did have some muscle tucked under the bit of pork,so when it was trimmed off it looked more dramatic, I think i am looking a little bigger now but i will hold off taking another pic until the sme amount of time has lapsed - 8 weeks.

Added ANOTHER 2 reps to military press and went to 15kg each side for barbel curls.
the creatine seems to be working for me and i am keeping my protein up around the 150/160 mark.

If i where mr.Beckham - first thing i would do is give the wife a good feed.

cheers Don, yea the T-bar....

one hinge ,which i attached to the floor (raised slightly on a piece of wood)

One broom handle 't' junction bought from BnQ (it attaches the broom handle to the broom brush)

I attached this to a piece of wood then attached that to the hinge.

The bar then slides into place in a broom handle stylee and the weights slide on the other end.

1 pair of old mountain bike handlebars,i used a couple of curcular clips to stop the bars sliding side to side - they dont slide back n forth due to using good form/weight.

It works pretty well its not what i would call heavy duty but you can bang on the weight as long as you are careful.....treat it like a lady

Thanks Guys,
I put up a fence for my mum and 'accidentally' ordered too much wood, so as a favour i have offered to take it off her hands ...result

I am going to build a squat rack first , also i have found a nice piece of bannister rail which would make an excellent hand rail for a dip station.

training goin well ,diet goin well.

Me and my pal andy have been training our asses off latley and hopefully ,slowley but surely, the gains will come.

Well gav,
i have some creatine and plenty of whey protein , I work real hard in the gym and (hopefully) eat good stuff , I have 'muscle memory' on my side as i was into the weights about 8/10 years ago.
I have got some M1T but have decided to hold off for a while until i am confident it would help/be worth it,
Also i aint really put on that much muscle - just a nice bit of pork trimming along with firming !!! keep posted for the next pic to see if I have made any good muscle gains.

YEA !! I should be posting them in the morning mate, Over the last week i have upped my protein and next week i will try to up it some more, I ordered some M1T from the USA and got a few more to sell and make a few quid on ebay as the wife n kids bleed me dry (godda love 'em !) Cheers Mikey

Trained tonite got 14 good chin-ups and added 3 reps to my seated shoulder press, I think as i am still at beginner stage my weights / reps can jump a bit and I expect them to level off over the following weeks.

Please note: I am aware that barbed wire tattoo's are a bit cheesy, its 10 years old !

Managed 150g of protein every day this week.
Got some cottage cheese which tastes ok but i would struggle to eat 100g at a time.Tuna is nice ,enjoy milk mabie i could try the old eggs route ? They can be quite cheap (not cheep cheep)
When i have a few quid godda get a big 15k whey protein from www.wheyconsortium.co.uk (any other bulk suppliers)

so, next step: up protein, feed muscles, grow big,win lottery.

Hi again Jonny,

Just a quick one m8. When you measured yourself for the first time did you measure yourself Tensed or relaxed? (Just so i know how to measure myself). Also the diet i have chosen from the beginners board is something like 350g Protein per day, i see your currently upto 150 im wondering wether i am aiming to consume too much protein for a beginner and if it could damage me in any way?. Another thing i noticed is that my right side seems on average 1/2 an inch bigger than my left side, any idea if this is normal or am i weird LoL?.

Thnx in advance, Gav.
