Thanks for the kind words shk , keep popping back to see how i'm getting on .... bought 2 x 20kg discs from index today - what fun i had getting them to the car - 800 meters away !!!!! Current stats (tensed unless stated) Weight = 11 st 8lb's height = 5 ft 7 in (still) Chest = 39 1/2 (not expanded) Waist = 30 3/4 Biscept = 14 3/8 Forearm = 11 7/8 Thigh = 22 5/8 Calf = 15 3/8 Hips = 36 1/2 (lol, dont know how to tense hips, ask Elvis the pelvis during seance) I am either getting a little fatter or the creatine is causing slight water retention, nothig to worry about however - i'm just concentrating on the lifting.

You will gain fine as long as the weights you are using are heavy for you.

I'm also interested in the taste of the whey from whey consortium. Did you go for the flavored or unflavored? If unflavored what do you mix it with?

Hey Baloo (sorry to hijack your thread JWB), I use Whey Consortium unflavoured. I quite like the taste plus you can always add in your own flavour and vary it each day but if you buy it flavoured........same old day in day out!

I will re-visit that thread kitty - me and my training partner might take a trip to a 'proper' gym and may well trip down to chorley, I drive a unichem van for a living, but im a good driver, honest, give us a wave.when i lived in preston (befor meeting the current mrs.wildboar i trained at reps and it was pretty good !!) ..... la la laa ,memories...... the unflavoured whey seemed fine on its own,It wasnt exactly tastey but it mixes well and it just goes down nice,I have some flavouring but i dont really need it - get buying ,get bulking !!!!!!

I'll run out of my regular stuff after this weekend so an order to the consortium will be made tomorrow. Thanks for the recommendation.
