I scramble 5 whites and one or two whole eggs, add a little squirt of milk and some chopped chives, and serve on a couple of pieces of toast. I only ever put salt/pepper on scrambled eggs after they're cooked. For really nice scrambled eggs substitute cream for the milk, and cook them in a nonstick frypan instead of a saucepan. Don't stir the crap out of them, instead every few minutes run a spatula under it all and fold the cooked bit at the bottom, you end up with nice creamy folded eggs instead of chunky ones.

I've been recently frying 3 or 4 whole eggs in a dash of olive oil, salt and pepper, and serving on top of rye bread spread with peanut butter and cold roast turkey breast.

I think that's an expensive way to do it, and it'd be full of preservatives and stuff..... honestly, I'd stick to buying real eggs and separating the whites..... edit: website claims no preservatives etc... *shrug* I dunno, there's just something not right about eating eggs out of a bottle.... :P

I just take however many eggs and yolks, dump them in the frying pan and stab at them a bit with a spatula. I then turn it over and you end up with a sort of pancake of egg. Pretty good, or scrambled/buttered.

I boil a lot of eggs and put them in the fridge so it saves time and effort for the whole day.

The egg whites are PASTEURISED like milk. When you think about it, 42 egg whites for £6 is not more expensive than 42 fresh eggs... And it's SO CONVENIENT...

I just read each egg only has 2.5g of protein. I dont see the point in eggs because a can of tuna has 25.0g of protien, Is there something im missing. Also aren't eggs hard tyo consume. Dont the fill you up to easily? 12 eggs seems a lot and once iv'e eaten that many i'd be sick.
