Eternal grudge-holding? Are you sure he's not a she?

Training's going ok, mate. A bit stagnant if I'm being honest - I only tried a PB on deads to change things up because I was getting bored of repping the exact same thing each week. I've been stuck on the same weight on bench for a while too. Oh well, it'll all come together eventually.

So today's the end of the diet then? List your binge food! Honestly, I expect to see your lifts go through the roof over the coming months.

LOL

it'll last for a week or so, then everything will go back to normal usually if its over something as dumb as this

try what pete suggested mate or do a proper deload, with an intensity phase. that always seemed to work for me. fair enough what might work for one, may not for another, but it might be worth a try

yeah yesterday was the last day of dieting... well kinda. finished off the night, literally at about 10pm with this...

the cake didn't make it to the tub without a few fat mouthfulls out of it. that and just under half a tub of the icecream... at 10pm = not a good nights sleep

supposed to be out the back in a bit, know idea wtf to do

stats and stuff couldn't be done this morning as i woke up late and didn't have time. will be done tomorrow

getting the new car tomorrow too

Mate, your waist is tiny, plus some big quads too.

The gayness of the last one will never be excused.

Looking wicked mate!

In the 1st pic your arms look very good, i know you have said your not happy with them!

Quads looking as strong as always! and excellent V - taper

great stuff.

Out of interest are you tensing your abs at all in the front on shots, the difference between me tensing and relaxing is insane, i go from looking quite lean e.g the pics to looking exactly the same as bulked, lol

all the best

Tom

Hiya mate

Im not happy with them lol, they're still small thanks man

as for the abs, er yes, like a mofo!!

last couple of weeks, since saying Ive finished the cut, havent really been any different when on the cut, so I've still pretty much been cutting.

Yesterday mornings weigh in was 80kg, 31" waist, 44" chest, 15" arms, 26" quads

last week WAS the end though. This is it now and Im getting back into it fully, as I seem to have lost a lot of focus over the past month or 2 and I've made up my mind what I want to do

here is the new 3 day split routine

MON (chest/shoulders/triceps)
Bench press 4x6-8
Inc DB bench 4x6-8
Military press or DB O/H press 4x6-8
CG bench press 3x6-8

WED (Legs/Abs)
Squat 4x6-8
SL deadlift 4x6-8
Calf raise 4x10-15
Leg raises

FRI (back/biceps)
Deadlift 4x6-8
Chins 4x6-8
BO row 4x6-8
BB curl 3x6-8

I'm quite liking the look of that, so we'll see how it goes

started last monday actually, but thats far as it got, as training was skipped again last wednesday and friday.

so, we'll start a fresh from yesterday....

MON 18th SEPT

Warmup: Stretch

BENCH 4 x 6 - 70, 80, 90 (6), 100kg - pass
INC DB BENCH 4 x 6/8 - 33/35kg - 8, 8, 8, 8
M/P 4 x 6 - 55kg - 6, 6, 5, 3
SKULLS 3 x 6/8 - 32.5kg - 8, 8, 8

strength appears to be down a tad

legs tomorrow and they will be done

yes mate along those lines but a completely natural one rather than the inclusion of bodymech artwork. Just Fibres, tendons etc similar to the one you've posted to include delt and tricep but not sure if im going to go below t shirt line yet.

When do ou think you'll have it done mate?

I'm planning one exactly exactly the same mate

no idea lol

few things to be sorted before the tat though, a tiny bit more important - getting my training back on track and spending more money on the car

Hello mate

long time!

errr

Cut has officially now finished (as of last week really). But I've been stuck in no mans land, not doing much of anything really in terms of training, for long enough. bit of a combination of not knowing what i want to do and can't being assed basically

so in short, the past month or so's training has been sh1t and pretty non-existant.

iirc i took a week off, when i said said I was thinking off stopping the cut. well, it kinda drifted on for a bit longer. with the odd sesh thrown in

how are you doing mate?

Yeah mate, I found it very good. nice routine, good mix and the gains were pretty decent too. well worth a go

training DID happen monday and I'll post that upeither later or tomorrow with tonights sesh. too late to back out of it now, as I've already eaten

oh and its legs!

not a lot of change since the last update. had a little unofficial measure mid month at 80kg, tighter than in the pics above with another inch off the waist, but overall it looks as though I managed to keep most of my mass

since introducing more carbs in the diet, the ol sponge gut has sucked up a sh1te load of water already and is looking a lot more bloated and round the abs are starting to disapear and i'm scared

bit of a comparison shot

left/centre - yesterday pm, after lots of food, am weight 82kg

right - early july sometime, around 89kg
