plans for 2008?! erm, i guess to get through it would be nice! The main thing at the moment is to hopefuly sort out some relationship problems at the mo. get a job and get back into all this again. thats what i'd like to happen, but the way things have been going, god knows what will

hope everytings good with you mate?

not bad mate, not bad. Still having eating issues but its something im battling with, i have changed since i first joined MT for the better physique wise, i even stiff legged 182kg on a deadlift so its not all bad. Just getting into my new 5 day split and loving it with copious amounts of cardio to boot, if im gonna eat huge then ill have a huge output all the same, works for me!

Your lifts are even much better than mine when it comes to shoulders mate, im piss weak there

what kind of eating issues mate, if you don't mind me asking?

thats a pretty strong SLDL! bloody hell! nah, I'd say thats pretty good mate! yeah that worked for me really well a while back, when I had a job, all those many moons ago. the job was quite active, running around all day on your feet and i got away with eating sh1t loads, whilst still keeping trimish (well no actually, I got fat!) but it worked all the same! It was all kinda planned out, that depending on whatever I wanted to do, all I;d have to do was tweak little things around, drop something small or include something else, and my body would react in whatever way i wanted it to. was pretty cool. To get back into a place like that would be nice! but I'm thinking of going a bit of a different route this time round..

ah don't be daft, I am aswell! i nearly shat myself when the 55 felt so easy and thats cack!

edit - oh crap, yeah, the skipping

killer!

2 mins on
3 off
2 on
3 off
2 on
3 off
2 on
3 off
3 on

and done. not sure if I felt better at the time or a million times worse, but things can only get better!

(the 3 mins rest, may have wavered a little bit, maybe 4ish, plus or minus a bit.. )

I dont mind answering mate. I have an issue with binge eating at the moment and im trying to crack it through one way or another

Lift is here http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=TaTCt4YxBJ4

My MP is around 45 kg for reps and my shoulders lack development at the moment. I need to learn how to use my legs as well on the deadlift so i should be able to get 200-220kg if im lucky before July

Im out of work at the moment and its slowly driving me insane and all i have here is food

big output, high input. think your going about it the right way. best of both worlds then. fitness will improve, aswell as strength and you'll gain lbm, with hopefuly minimal bf, if its done right. best way mate!

yeah seen the vid. can never understand you gym guys, the lack of shouting and whole calmness before you lift! I've got a t towl out the back with a knot in the end to smack myself around the back with haha and usually the musics so loud u can't hear yourself shout

been there. i used to prepair my next meal, pretty much after the one before and bum on the compluter untill it was food oclock!

Yay!!!!!! J is back.

Ive missed you buddy, not that i have exactly been regular on here the last few months.

Hopefully i'll catch up with you properly on msn again soon. I cant remember when the last time (couple of months maybe) was but i appreciate the advice given. I'm now just battling a rescue remedy addiction - thanks for that

Talk soon

Tom

Hello mate, good to see you man

nah me neither, last time i signed in, it was 07 sometime!

yeah mate, have too. no worries man, anytime. yeah, that happened to me too! its frikin expensive too init! its alright, its herbal and natural and all that! how many bottles u gone through or have you lost count now lol? is it kind of having less of an effect now u've been using it for so long? i found with me it did, or i didnt really notice it work so much. no worries though, you know, all part of the service!

cheers mate, will do

Lol! i was kidding.....since NY ive found something alot more effective -

I do have a bottle of rescue remedy but ive only ever used it combined with the above^, so i'm not sure its effect on its own.

You dont appear to have lost much strength really!

Tom

few things to update

FRI 14th MARCH

Warmup: Stretch

DEAD 4 x 6 - n/a
CHINS 4 x 6 - 15kg - 6, 6, 6, 6
DBROW 4 x 6 - 50kg - 6, 6, 6, 6
BBCURL 3 x 6/8 - 50kg - 8, 45kg - 8, 15

Dlifts were skipped, as I was still in pieces from wednesdays legs. Come saturday I was a right wreck and appear to have pulled both bicep/forearms, which is nice

Sat went for a powerwalk, pm, pre food lol, sun afternoon another.

MON 17th MARCH

Warmup: Stretch

BENCH 4 x 6 - 65, 75, 85, 95kg (7)
INC DB BENCH 4 x 6/8 - 33/35kg - 9, 9, 10, 10
M/P 4 x 6 - n/a
DBRAISES 3 x 15 - 12.5kg - 15, 15, 10kg - 20
SKULLS 3 x 6/8 - n/a

Started off ok, but wasnt sure as the arms are still killing, but carried on regardless. Had to wait a while in between sets to stop them from hurtin so much, so I could carry on. not really a sensible thing to do, hence things skipped and things replaced. Felt strong, had it not been for this. ah well

Today, skipping again. Loads better this time, actually felt ok and I didn't feel like death afterwards

2 on
2 off
2 on
2 off

Have been slacking a bit lately with the updates..

MON 24th MARCH

Warmup: Stretch

BENCH 4 x 6 - 65, 75, 85, 100kg (6)
INC DB BENCH 4 x 6/8 - 33/35kg - 10, 10, 10, 10
M/P 4 x 6 - 55kg - 6, 6, 6, 6
SKULLS 3 x 6/8 - 37.5kg - 8, 4 - 35kg - 8

Weighed in at just short of 80kg last mon morn. Was a good sesh. Skipping has been pretty much every morning, except a couple this week, pre food and its goin well. loads easier now, but its getting a bit boring though. Have upped it to 3 mins on, 2 off, x 6, so thats 18 mins total. Diets been a bit shi1tty this week, not really feeling as confident as last week re: any weight loss, but feeling and looking ok-ish.

Wed and Fridays training i'm a bit ashamed to say has been put off. Been trying to sort out relationship stuff, which is going kinda well, but still feel guilty about not training. Priorities though and this atm, is more important, so training will kinda be done in between, if I'm not doing aything else. won't be on for long though and it'll be back to normal soon. Diets still reasonably good. Better one next week
