bit of an over due update.. have been training pretty frequently, but have also missed a few. skippings been pretty consistant more or less every morning and the diets been OK, but I'm still eating too much as bf hasn't appeard to have changed all that much. Diets the weak point I think. Being unemployed, I've been dragging my ass out of bed around midday-1pm, going out skipping, back in for "breakfast" around 2, eat again at 4-5 ish, then at 7-8 and finally at 11 or later. Big ass gaps and in total, portions are maybe too large and not enough of the right foods, although it is all "real". going to order some whey maybe later today or soon and get this sorted, as like I said progress seems to have hit a wall and I'm just waisting my time otherwise, not getting anywhere. took some measurements last monday too. still hovering around 80kg. 31" waist, 25" quads, 45/46 chest, 15" arms. bit lame, but veins are on show cold and pregnant in lower abs and all over the place warm as for weights, strength hasn't budged that much, still lifting more or less the same, sometimes yo-yoing a little, depending on wether I'm all there or not. last sesh ws monday, ****, so i might train later on lol, nothing really that special, so I won't bother putting it up. M/P is improving quite well, bench was down one, only hitting 3 x 102.5kg. last time i squtted it was 132.5kg for 6 and dead a fairly easy 160 x 6. thats all really folks! a tune for your troubles.. turn your speakers up http://youtube.com/watch?v=QHRiqSleXo8

cheers, yeah something like that I think.. oh here it is quote:
1. Every customer gets a unique refers code when they begin shopping on the website (your code can be found in Your Account. 2. Whenever you tell a friend about myprotein.co.uk, give them your refer code. 3. When they place their first order and input your code on the billing page, you will get 5 points for every £1 they spend. 4. Your friend will benefit too - by getting a 5% discount off their order! and you get 1 point for every £1 you spend apparently complicated and I can't do math, so I'm not even attempting to work anything out lol, but yes I don't know what a point converts too though, in pennys.. just made 4 pints worth of sugar free jelly LOL
