Get some pics up. Hows the vascularity doing, or have you bulked to a level whereby you've lost almost all of your vascularity (what I did )?

No, I think I still might have some....hopefully anyways! I think my chest has gotten a bit bigger compared to "7th Nov" pick (can't see much of anything else). 8kg difference though, so you'd be able to tell.

Rambo: Yehh I guess so. Ahh webcam! I ain't got one so my old digi cam will have to do!

Wheels? What wheels???

Rambo, Id of thought you'd have good vascularity. You can see your Abs so your certainly lean enough.
Murphy- you should have great wheels, if you're strong enough to be able to stop your barbell from going through the sound system, your pins should be big

Friday 23th Dec (1 or 2 days till (depending on how you look at it) !!! Ahhh!!!! )

Warm up: Good stretch, 8 reps light DB squats at 40 & press ups.

dB sQuAtS - 5x8 @ 50kg (pooped!)
bEnT oVeR bB rOw - 5x5 - @ 55, 55, 55, 53, 53 ,53
BeNcH - 5x5 - @ 67, 67, 67, 67, 67 + 67 (5)
sKuLlS (decline, ez bar) - 3x12-20 @ 27kg - 12, 12, 12

27kg CG bench w/ ez bar to failure

Squats were hard work but enjoyed them a lot. Pausing a little right at the bottom of each (A to G). New found prob though, I keep smacking the sides of my legs which is a bit of a bugger!!
Rows Not too keen on, but I'm deffin not going to swap for anything. Might try DB rows though?? But I Dunno, have to think about that. Only prob is getting the full ROM.
New PB on bench.....67kg, 6 x5 (not 5x5! )!!! Lovely jubbly, I'll be avin that, thank you very much! 68.5kg, 5x5 Monday (if I'm in anyway and not down my Nans place eating another roast! Hopefully won't be though cos I don't want to miss a training sesh).
Skulls Upped the weight by 2kg and got the same 12, 12, 12 as last week. Definite improvment me thinks and I'm well chuffed. After all that, still had a bit more in me so went to failure on CG bench with the old EZzy bar.

Picks comin up later!

Mate, it looks like you have made a lot of progress from the pics at the start of this thread - and that wasn't all that long ago. You are starting to build well, particularly in the shoulders and biceps - and looking very lean. Excellent effort

LMAO at the dog pic !

Perry & Rambo, Thanks a lot for the complements guys!

Just wish I could fast forward through another 3 months! I think my chest is a bit behind though.... Would DB bench be that much better do you think? I do love my BB bench, but would sacrifice it to get bigger in the chest department!

Thanks again me herties!!

How big is your waist?

DB bench is a nice change from BB bench, give it a try and see how you get on.

Hey N.M, Waist hasn't changed much from the start. It measured 29.5 inches Aug 12th and measures 31 inches today.

Yehh, I think I will give DB bench a try Monday. Thanks mate

What you sayin I'm fat!!!???? j/k LoL. Nahh, just a biggish looking top half!

Thanks and you too mate.

Just havin a look through your journal and ur a big bugger arn't ya! Also notice that you do DB benches aswell.

How long did you swim for? You've given up now I take it? I swam from age 6 I think, up untill 15 or 16 competing for County, but gave it up in the end. Used to play ruga aswell for town.

Funnily enough I thought about starting boxing too a while back, but took the BBin route instead.
