DB OHP 37.5kg DBs * 4 37.5kg DBs * 4 37.5kg DBs * 4 30kg DBs * 10 CG Bench 82.5kg * 5 82.5kg * 5 70kg * 8 - slightly narrower grip from here in 70kg * 7 60kg * 9 Really pleased with the OHP another session with the 37.5kg DBs then on to the 40s!!

Crackin pressin scottish, my trainings going well (apart from legs haha) hopefully nail a 100kg bench by xmas!!

No real training as such to report tonight. Willie the gym owner had a look at my front squats - id been bouncing at the bottom rather than driving my feet into the ground as it were. He had me front squatting to a bench just below parallel and man it was hard! Next was benching, iv been using a power lifting style bench with my elbows tucked and lowering to just below the chest with an arch in my back - we wants to see the bar being lowered to the nipple line so ill have a wee go at this next session. Dead lifting last, my back hasnt been arched properly and iv been pulled over the top - he got me lower down (with for me at 6'3 is really difficult!) and keeping my head up on a fixed point Useful advice so ill give them a go and see what happens!

Bench 85kg * 8 - strong 85kg * 7 - hit the bar on the rack and got stuck on chest 85kg * 7 - failed the 8th 85kg * 7 - strong Dips BW * 5 BW * 5 BW * 5 EZ-Bar Curl 45kg * 6 45kg * 6 35kg * 12 DB Preacher 14kg DB * 12/arm Really pleased with the dips tonight im 20 stone just now and havent dipped for ages but these felt powerful especially after the benching! Ez curling was strong too, pretty pleased with tonight - had no energy this afternoon aswell!

A little elbow discomfort over the weekend so had 3 layers of tubigrip on tonight as opposed to my usual two to keep things warm and tight but elbow feels a fair bit better!
