EZ-bar Machine Curl 45kg * 15 55kg * 10 65kg * 6 50kg * 10 DB Curl 20kg DBs * 7/arm First benching in near on 3 weeks so cant expect anything, bb was fine but iv not done dbs in so long im weak as a kitten on them, felt like i could have had 8 reps on the 2nd two sets but hitting the rack really put me off! Onwards and upwards!

New 3 day routine getting started right now, gunna try and keep things simple and just try to hammer the basics! Box Squat 120kg * 4 - easyyyyyyy 120kg * 4 125kg * 1 - bit wobbley had more reps but confidence knocked a little 120kg * 3 Deadlift 120kg * 5 120kg * 5 120kg * 5 120kg * 5 - all really fast after the squats, felt light too which is good! Im going to try and pull more with my legs and see if i can get a little lower starting position! Pretty pleased after a week off!

Bench 105kg * 1 PB - planned for a double but no 102.5kg * 1 - went for a second but naw 102.5kg * 1 - much better rep 102.5kg * 1 102.5kg * 1 High Inc DB Press 30kg DBs * 8 Had a chat to a guy in the gym that does power lifting an got some tips from him about what to use an how to go about training, opened my eyes to some things! Going to try an do a bit different routine for a while and see how i can improve Cable Row 70kg * 8 80kg * 8 90kg * 8 - all slow with stretch and a squeeze Pulldowns 55kg * 8 65kg * 8 - ran out of time after chatting
