First benching in near on 3 weeks so cant expect anything, bb was fine but iv not done dbs in so long im weak as a kitten on them, felt like i could have had 8 reps on the 2nd two sets but hitting the rack really put me off! Onwards and upwards!

New 3 day routine getting started right now, gunna try and keep things simple and just try to hammer the basics!

Box Squat

120kg * 4 - easyyyyyyy
120kg * 4
125kg * 1 - bit wobbley had more reps but confidence knocked a little
120kg * 3

Deadlift

120kg * 5
120kg * 5
120kg * 5
120kg * 5 - all really fast after the squats, felt light too which is good! Im going to try and pull more with my legs and see if i can get a little lower starting position!

Pretty pleased after a week off!
