Fri Seated D/b press - 30kg x 8,8,7 Upright rows - 35kg - 3 x 16 ( may do 4 x 12 next week ) Close grip bench - 90kg x 6, 80kg x 7,6 ( will do 80kg next week ) Seated D/b tricep extension - 42.5kg x 10,7,8

Mon 4th Feb Front Lat pulldowns - 98kg - 3 x 12 ( form a little shakey but only a few kilo's off my B/W so will try chins next week ! ) D/b rows - 52.5kg - 3 x 10 Rear Delt machine - 49kg x 3 x 10

Wed Front squats - 77.5kg - 3 x 8 Leg extension - 55kg x 13,12,10 Good mornings - 65kg - 3 x 12 Still doing a 25min jog 3 x week unfuelled and 1 - 2 45min sesions on the bike Since the beginning of Jan I have gone from 105.4kg to 100.3kg so a loss of pretty much 1kg a week - on track at the minute !! Have decided that I would like to get down to around 92kg and then a make a decision wether or not i'm going to go ahead and do a cycle or stay natural and attempt a lean bulk as i've had enough of carrying so much fat !!

Mon 11th Feb Close grip underhand pull downs - 63kg - 3 x 15 D/b rows - 55kg - 3 x 8 ( Just ! ) Rear delt machine - 49kg x 12,10,8 Still not 100% sure on back day tbh - I tried wide grip chins and failed miserably lol

Mon 25th Feb Right I had to take a week off and now i'm changing my routine back to a 3 day split as I was doing too much ! Close grip front lat pulldowns - 70kg x 15,12,12 Bent over rows - 70kg - 3 x 10 ( went light as not done them for ages - also will do them first next week as bi's were weak after pulldowns ! ) Deadlifts - 100kg - 3 x 12 ( Am going to put these back in but light and at the end of the session when i'm fully warmed up - also i'm stopping just short of the ground at the minute as i've heard thats better for the lower back and seen it done a lot over the years ) EZ bar 21's - 28kg - 3 x 21 preacher curls - 22.5kg - 3 x 12 Wont do 21's again for a while I was just experimenting !

Wed 27th Feb Flat BB bench - 90kg x 10,10,9 Decline bench - 75kg x 12,12,10 Incline D/b bench - 30kg's x 8,6,6 Pec Dec - 42kg - 3 x 15 Seated D/b tricep ext - 37.5kg x 12,12,10 Cable push down - 50kg - 3 x 15 Good session - lasted about 1hr 10mins EDIT - Also an update - i've been cutting for 2 months now and have gone from 105.4kg - 98.5kg so thats still aroung 1kg a week. I want to get down to around 90kg ( 14ish stone )

Mon 17th Mar Had a few days off last week D/b rows - 47.5kg - 1 x 12 Single hand cable pulls - 35kg - 2 x 15 Front lat pulldowns - 77kg x 12,12,10 Deadlifts - 115kg - 3 x 10 EZ bar curls - 35kg - 3 x 12 Not sure what to do for back days but today ( tues ) my lower back is in pain as I have a slight pull again Really want to keep deads in but i'm not sure if I can - I have checked my form umpteen times and its spot on so I'll see how I go over the next few days !

Thanks James I'm still cutting - very slowly lol and using those diet templates you gave me I've had alot of trouble with work and have decided that now i've had the business for a year i'm going to sell it - I'll probably set up on my own after that for a while to see how things go When I have finished this cut ( it will happen eventually ! ) in a few months and i've sold the business I will be coming back to you for a review and some advice regarding lean bulking if thats alright ?

Wed 19th flat bench - 95kg x 10,7,6 Decline bench - 80kg x 12,11,8 Incline D/b - 27kg x 8,7,7 Pec Dec - 56kg x 15,12,10 Seated Tricep extension - 40kg x 12,9,7 Cable push down - 60kg x 12,12,11 Missed leg session last week and back session this week to let lower back heal - will hit deadlifts again next Monday and if they're still a problem I will leave them out.
