Wed 27th Flat bench - 95kg x 9,7,6 Decline bench - 80kg x 12,11,10 Incline D/b - 27kg x 9,8,8 Pec Dec - 56kg x 15,14,12 Seated D/b tricep extension - 40kg x 12,11,8 Cable push down - 60kg x 12,12,11 Expected more from flat bench this week to be honest

Mon 31st Mar B/B rows - 70kg - 3 x 10 ( not done them for a long time so starting light ! ) Front lat pulldowns - 77kg - 3 x 12 Deadlifts - 120kg - 3 x 8 ( really concentrated on form and reset between each rep - back felt much better - no so much of a lower back pump ) EZ bar curls - 38kg x 12,10,10 Preacher curls - 21kg - 3 x 12 Good session

Fri Military press - 57kg - 3 x 7 Machine press - 50kg x 9,8,8 Lateral D/b raises - 15kg - 3 x 10 Squats - 105kg - 3 x 10 Leg extension - 50kg x 12,11,10 Leg curl - 55kg x 12,12,10 This week I did 4 x 45mins steady state cardio on the bike and 2 x HIIT sessions - Currently down to around 96.5kg

Hello mate - thanks for stopping by ! Yes I will be putting some new pics up but not until my cut has finished in around 6 weeks time when I'm hopefully at 88kg No training on Fri as I finished work late and also worked Sat Last week managed 3 x SS sessions and no HIIT so only down to 96kg

Missed Fridays session as I went to Amsterdam to see Armin van buuren with a load of mates ! Reckon I have put on a kilo but wasn't going to miss out ! Got back Monday morning and shouldn't really have trained but did anyway - crap session but weights on par with last week Monday B/B rows - 82.5kg - 3 x 9 Front lat pulldowns - 84kg x 12,10,10 Deadlifts - 132.5kg - 3 x 6 EZ bar curls - 40kg x 12,10,8

Wed 7th May Flat bench - 100kg - 3 x 6 Decine bench - 90kg x 12,10,8 Incline D/b - 30kg - 3 x 8 Pec Dec - 70kg x 8,8,7 Seated D/b tricep ext - 45kg x 8,8,5 Cable push downs - 75kg - 3 x 12 Will change triceps next week as i'm stalling with the D/b ext - will prob do a few dropset skulls
