Sat 11th March Tried Front squats for legs as I feel more comfortable with these - Not sure if they are better or worse than back squats though ??? Front squats 40kg - 1 x 6 60kg - 1 x 6 80kg - 5 x 5 ! Barbell curls 35kg - 1 x 5 42.5kg - 1 x 5,5,5,5,3 Stopped after 2 sets for about 15mins as the fire alarm was set off by a load of chavs !! oh the joy ! SLDL's 60kg - 1 x 6 90kg - 5 x 5

Tuesday 14th March Deadlifts 100kg - 1 x 5 130kg - 1 x 5 152.5kg - 3 x 5 Pleased that they're still going up although it is getting difficult !! May also do a better warm up in future ? maybe 2 x 8 at 80kg ? Wide grip chins B/w - 1 x 4,3,3,3,2 I still suck at these ! lol but i'm adding mass so the heavier I get the harder it gets !! Bent over rows 50kg - 1 x 5 70kg - 5 x 5 !

Thursday 16th March Flat heavy bench 60kg - 1 x 6 80kg - 1 x 4 102.5kg - 1 x 3,2,1 100kg - 1 x 2,2 Not great but an improvement on last week Military press 40kg - 1 x 6 Have been failing this on recent weeks so dropped the weight a little 50kg - 5 x 5 - Typical ! Close grip bench (smiths) 30kg - 1 x 6 67.5kg - 1 x 5,5,5,3,3 WTF ! less again than last week ! Going on hols to Tenerife on Tues for a week - the missus has been nagging and I finally gave in - am now actually looking forward to taking a week off in the sun !!

Friday 17th March Front squats 60kg - 1 x 6 85kg - 5 x 5 !! Babell curls 37.5kg - 1 x 5 45kg - 1 x 5,3,3 40kg - 1 x 5,5 Didn't have time to do SLDL's ! Am going on hols tomorrow to Tenerife woohoo !

Friday 31st March Well im back from my Hols with a nice tan - enjoyed the rest to be honest Deadlifts 80kg - 1 x 8 90kg - 1 x 8 120kg - 1 x 5 155kg - 1 x 5 ( too much for first session back - will crack it next week ) 120kg - 1 x 5 Wide grip chins B/w only - 1 x 4,3,2,2,2 - ( gained some weight on hols !! lol ) Barbell Rows 50kg - 1 x 6 72.5kg - 5 x 5

Tuesday 4th April Squats Attempted back squats again with a wider stance, lighter weight, below parallel form without looking in the mirror ! lol got on much better with out the lower back discomfort. 70kg - 1 x 5 80kg - 1 x 5 100kg - 1 x 5 110kg - 2 x 5 will start 5 x 5 nxt wk with 110 Barbell curls 35kg 1 x 5 45kg - 1 x 5,3,3 40kg - 1 x 5,5 SLDL's 50kg - 1 x 5 70kg - 1 x 5 97.5kg - 1 x 5,5,5 should get 5x5 at 97.5 nxt wk no probs !!

Sat 8th April Deadlifts 80kg - 2 x 8 120 - 1 x 5 No more as developed some lower back discomfort - typical every time I take a holiday I come back and get a set back - thats it no more fcuking holidays did some dumb bell rows worked up to 5 reps with 60kg and went home

Decided to put military press with Deadlifts and bent over rows

Barbell curls 35kg - 1 x 5 45kg - 1 x 4,3,3 - down on last week ? 40kg - 1 x 5,5 SLDL's 60kg - 1 x 5 80kg - 1 x 5 97.5kg - 5 x 5 !!

Friday 21st April Deadlifts 60kg - 1 x 8 80kg - 1 x 8 110kg - 1 x 5 130kg - 2 x 5 ( no more as felt back getting sore - is recovering though as I couldn't work up to this weight during the last few weeks ! ) Military press 40kg - 1 x 5 57.5kg - 1 x 5,5,4,3,2 Barbell rows 60kg - 1 x 5 80kg - 2 x 5 ( had to leave as gym closed FFS )

Tuesday 25th April Squats 60kg - 1 x 6 85kg - 1 x 6 120kg - 5 x 5 !! woah EZ bar curls 30kg - 1 x 5 40kg - 5 x 5 ( I think - how much does an EZ bar weigh ?? ) SLDL's 60kg - 1 x 6 80kg - 1 x 6 100kg - 3 x 5 Didnt do any more as lower back twinged slightly Belts helped massively on squats - felt much more comfortable and didn't get the back pumps

Monday 1st May had to miss back session on Fri Bench press 60kg - 1 x 8 80kg - 1 x 6 90kg - 1 x 6,6,5,5 - changed to 4 x 6 as stalling on 5 x 3 Weighted Dips B/w - 1 x 5 B/w + 10kg - 1 x 5 B/w + 20kg - 1 x 5,5,4,5,4 Close grip bench ( smiths ) 40kg - 1 x 5 70kg - 1 x 3,3 65kg - 1 x 4,4 - will do 3 x 5 next week with 65kg Decline sit ups B/w - 1 x 15 B/w + 10kg - 2 x 15 Straight leg raises B/w - 1 x 10
