Recently changed from using Vasoporo eph to Thermalean from astro nutrition. The thermalean contains Mau Huang 350mg. it says this is equivalent to 8mg eph. kola nut 350mg and white willow 25mg. now to get the same effect from the vasporo which i believe is 25mg HCL do i just need to take 3 of these thermalean to get same effect or will the recommended 2 with a meal work

They are a herbal form of ECA. Start on two, with a view to increasing to three per dose as required.

cheers partyboy, i would usually go for the "real" thing but i thought id give these a go as it all came in one tablet. and to be fair they seem just as good. Took 3 an hour before the gym and wouldnt say the difference between the 2 is negligable.

Still, think i will go back to my source for the proper stuff next time

I have been looking at the therma lean. now on there add it says standardized for 28mg of ephidrine. So i wonder which i correct?
any help would be great. For info im at around 16-18% BF 200 pounds. and am starting to get good size muscles now such as broad back and ankles wrists getting skinnier by the day but just trying to shed the fat quicker so it starts to fall off side of chest and love handles. im guessing with a good diet and some heavy training with the eph i should see results quiet quick.

yeah i did notice the add for thermalean says it is standardized for 28mh but when you get the product it says on the tub 8mg. And as it reccomens that you take 2 with meal it certainly isnt 28mg as 56mg of eph twice a day is a big dose.

After contacting Astronutrition it has become apparant that the Thermalean is 28mg. Having misread the bottle it states it is 8% not 8mg. 8% does in fact work out at 28mg EPH. My appologies for any misunderstanding.

I just made that mistake. Took 3 of them a couple of hours ago, I'm totally buzzing right now

Astro nutrition doesn't seem to have any on their site. Does anyone know where else you can get this Thermalean stuff
