tues 13th may squat: 75x5, 110x3, 130x2, 150, 170, 185x1 , 190 , 130 x5, x3, x3 was aiming for 185x2, but went down too fast on the first rep and chickened out on the second. 190 was nice, if slow. meant to do 130 2x5 for the dropsets but a knee wrap twanged off, so I racked it, undid the other one and knocked off another 3. reps above 3 on squats are no fun will stick at 130 'til I can do 2x10.

thurs 15th may FBBB: 50x8, 75x5, 100x10, 90x10, 80x10, 70x10 feel the buurrn! a nice and leisurely pumping session. I'm gonna be sore tomorrow!

fri 15th may deadlift: 90x2, 130, 170, 200, 215 my heart just wasn't in it tonight, and neither were my legs, still sore from tuesday (damn drop sets ). thought I could have got 215 for a double after tripling 210 last week, but the first rep went up so slowly I didn't even bother trying a second. if I feel recovered from deads by monday I'll squat then, give my legs an extra day between squats and next dead session.

ow. my druuugs stash ran out yesterday and my various aches and pains are reasserting themselves gleefully. don't think I'll have any trouble resisting the urge to lift this week after all.....

mon 26th may squat: 75x5, 110x3, 130x2, 150x2, 170 2x2 , 130 2x6 sod it! never mind trying to triple 170 any more, I'm just stagnating. back down to 160 for 3x3 next week. drop sets lemon squeezy, 2x8 next week.

hmm, some quite bad DOMS in my triceps today, which is almost unheard of may not bode well for bench tomorrow....
