does ne one else have problems with always needing the toliet! It isnt so bad in the day but it has impacted my sleeping pattern quite heavely. I used to drink a shake of micellar casein before i went to bed, i cut that out cos i thought having less fluid would help so i eat a tube of cottage cheese- seems now i have to get up twice in the night now to go. Surely having interrupted sleep isnt any goos- has ne one had this problem and solved it some how

Hmmm... threads like this have been done before.. seems like the common thing is they usually go once or twice in the night... Some of them went more than that and kept a whey shake already handy to have a sip from LOL.. Others would hold it until their bladder felt like it was about to burst in the morning... If it's a problem because it's ruining your sleep patterns then you should try to sort it out to be honest. Do you drink water throughout the day? Or big amounts in a couple of goes.
