I hate the way it makes me feel, all prickly and aggitated. If using for fat loss, you need to take it before food as insulin will stop it from worknig properly.

ORIGINAL: Bigredz Has anyone used these products and how do they compare to ECA, CLEN for fat burning ? Many thanks ! very differently. yohimbine (reccomend topical like yohimburn for fat loss, for stim effect oral or snorted powder) is an alpha 2 blocker (a2 receptor inhibit adrenergic fatty acid utilization- they make fat tissue stubborn) sesapure (sesamin/episesamin) is a pparalpha agonist (it modulates fatty acid uptake and utilization) it can be very effective for fat loss (though response varies- people that are heavier, women and men with "slow" metabolisms tend to respond best for fat loss) its generally effective for everyone in limiting fat gain.

LOL Mac, you rule man - never thought/heard of snorting yohimbine...Sounds like a nice little pick-me up I'm actually trying to get off stims when cutting as the crash is getting old. Looking at getting some sesapure after reading a few favourable reviews. I'll combine with Cardio Breeze (which I have just started using and am very impressed with) and will be hoping for some good results.

ORIGINAL: Nytol I hate the way it makes me feel, all prickly and aggitated. oral yohimbine is anxiogenic in prone persons. If you even suffer from mild anxiety its best to avoid oral yohimbine

I have used both. Sesamin - I do like this product. It won't work wonders but it will add that bit of extra fat loss in a cut. Stimulant fat burners may well be more effective, but sesamin has zero side effects, so it's great for people like me, who can't sleep well if they have too much caffeine or other stimulants. Cheap, cheerful and low-impact. Yohimbine - I wasn't keen on this. It made me feel pretty rough, and stopped me being able to sleep. I gave up on is after 2 weeks, in which time it didn't seem to have a noticable effect. The above description - "Prickly and agitated" is a good one.

I did actually try topical yohimbine too. It was very expensive and for me at least had no noticable effect. It probably varies from person to person, and perhaps is more noticable at a lower BF%

A2 blocking is going to be most effective in A2 rich tissues (estrogenic fat stores). abs is probably the least certain with respect to A2 concentration.

ORIGINAL: CoNs i liked Sesamin aswell.. sesamin/episamin produce variable fat loss effects, these lignans tend to be generally effective for most users in reducing fat gain with calorie excess. Powder is far and away more effective. Oil based appears to have different ratios of sesamin/episesamin as well as other sesame lignans. There also seems to be differentials in plasma uptake and metabolite conversion (likely due to time differences spent in gut)

as a note- all stimulants and fat burners generally need a CALORIE DEFICIT to get any significant results. though sesapure can be used more for "damage" control from overeating.
