sus and deca - indefinetly 800mg each a week. not saying thats suitable for a newbie cause you didnt post ya stats but its a good mass cycle. indefinetly - because time off is time not growing

Depends on diet, training, history. Yes nandrolone, deca and test are a textbook bulking cycle but not if it's your first few cycles. Not if your diets crap and not if your expecting to turn into the hulk in 3 months! I've had better bulks from tren than deca! Minger

Guessing this is your first cycle ? Test e or c 500mg a week for 10 weeks Dbol 30-40mg ed for first 4 weeks And as said above as long as diet and training are in check you will grow nicely !

^^^ As above Front load your your Test E at 1000mg wk 1-2 Test E 500mg wk 2-12 I personal don't like Dbol as its a b**** for gyno and feel i gained much better front loading instead of kick starting with Dbol also less damaging on the liver key to keeping your gains is PCT look into this in more detail and your defo on to a winner with the above cycle

Test only cycle then for sure. I'd perhaps drop some body fat first tho mate cause to bulk on gear means to eat, eat, eat then eat some more every day!, so if it's size you want then research diet cause gear on its own wont make you grow. Minger

the diets never been consitent with me always let myself down there!!! but is been bang on since the start of the year and im losing fat at a steady pace!! i also do cardio mon to fri pre breakfast!! im eating alot of cals bit seem to be losing fat!! it must be the clean cals instead of the sh!t i youst to eat!! so im happy with the way things are going!! how much on the test side we talking (mg) cheers sam

Run Test E 500mg wk 2-10 (so that 250mg mon an then 250mg say thurs) front load it wk 1-2 at 1000mg That's just my person opinion other ppl may advise you differently mate but that's the advice i got of other members when running a test only cycle its also best to front laod if its your 1st cycle instead of kick starting with dbol for example this is because if there are any side or complications you are only using the one compound so you no what's causing what
